It's small, but you can get the same level of service as you would from a bigger T-Mobile location. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. We were able to order our new phones, when the phones arrived, we were contacted. We came to the store, completed our order process and get our questions answered. My wife and I didn't have any negative experiences here. I saw some negative comments from other reviewers, no issues during our two visits. I like the convenience of having a T-Mobile store so close to My home.

It's 6 pm two weeks before Christmas. His reply when the crowd of people knocked on the door was "we are human too, I have to work 8 hours and need a break". AT&T your lack of staffing and rude service just lost our families business and potentially my husbands professional business account. Verizon welcomed us with open arms... just saying.

When someone finally did answer he did not identify himself and when told I called three times he rudely replied--"We're taking care of customers in the store, that's our priority". I asked for the manager, Gary, with whom I've done business in the past (with great satisfaction, I must add) and was told he didn't work there anymore. Having been an AT&T customer of these premises for several years, I can see this store standards have slipped--time to move on.

When I got there, Steve's iphone repair was no more, not even in the same suite and replaced by another business called Cherry Hill Iphone Repair. Anyone who has been to Steve knows he was a 30 something yr old white guy who used to work for Apple. The men who will tell u they are "Steve" now are clearly Arabic/Middle Eastern. Now, not to say these guys couldnt do a job but everyone knows how solid and reputable Steve was and that it was worth the trip and $$ to spend knowing your phone would basicallly be back to brand new. When I stopped by looking for Steve, the men there give very vague answers as to where Steve is, even if u call their number. Sometimes they'll say by they are Steve, then they'll tell you he's not not here right now and even will say he sold the business a couple years ago. I was very hesitant bc these guys were asking for over $120 to fix an iphone 12 screen and were clearly luring customers off of a reputation that isnt theres with zero promise of the same quality work. I didnt like they were lying and claiming to be someone they weren't. It was all very scammy. I tried to budge on the price but the guy there whoever he was refused. I had a friend call and see if Steve was there still and the guy on phone told him the repair would be $110. Clearly they are liars and no one should take anything they tell you as the truth. Aftermarket repairs are all a toss up, but Steve was a gem. Idk who these guys are, dont trust them .
