Instead, I was repeatedly told to "call customer service" without any effort to assist or provide alternative guidance. While I understand procedures, there was no reason for the dismissive tone. So, I made my original cell phone purchase at this location years ago, and it went swimmingly. I returned today to discuss possibly buying a new phone (with possible trade-in of my current). The saleman I spoke with: a) didn't seem like be wanted to be there--I shouldn't know that as a customer b) seemed to be overestimating his knowledge of corporate business. I asked pretty simple questions about the phones I was interested in, and he seemed to want to argue subjective vernacular terms to possibly seem adequate instead of answering the questions. Disappointing c) he clearly didn't want my money ("Do you want to take some time to think about it? It'll be there from 9am to 9pm every day). He was fairly condescending and defensive overall, but looking through other reviews, I likely was just working with the least pleasant and/or equipped salesman today, but all things being what they were, I can't in good conscience recommend this store Luckily, there are a number of both AT&T stores and other companies that would likely provide a more pleasant experience and a higher level of professionalism. read more

The assistant Kareem did not know what he was doing and submitted 3 applications, causing duplicate applications, wasting my time ultimately scamming me for my information. This associate needs to be removed and retrained. Absolutely poor customer service. read more

The worst experience with AT&T I've ever had. I was trying to replace a Sim card for one of the seven phones that I have on my account. I had tried to do this at another store and they did not have the correct card, but told me what it was. The representative at the store told me that that card would not work and that she could only give me a new card by charging me, something the other store did not even mention. read more

Kaniya helped me with transferring data from my old phone to a newer phone. It took a while and she was so patient with me and my three and a half year old daughter (who was getting restless). She struggled with this task at first, then insisted on trying some tricks to see if the data will transfer. She got it done and was great! I was personally dreading having to go to Camp Creek Marketplace ... But had to resolve a broken charger piece in my phone and this was the closest AT&T location. However, it was such a pleasant experience, that I had to write this review, as I know our neighborhood frequently is bad-mouthed. The service rep that greeted me listened to my issue and said, he wasn't sure if they could get the piece out, but went to the back and returned in a matter of a couple of minutes. My issue was resolved and after purchasing a new charger, I was on my way! I think his name was Brian ... but blame it on my mind and not my heart, if that is incorrect. As a sidebar, the location was spacious and clean. I noticed also 'Brian' gesture to another employee that was close to the door, and by the time I reached the door, it was opened for me. Upgraded my iPhone about a week ago and took the old phone into the Camp Creek location when I was assisted by a store Representative name Corey C. The phone was a trade in and Corey assisted with finalizing the upgrade/trade in process. I left my trade in or old iPhone with Corey only to receive a text from At&t a week later stating I will be charged close to $500 if I did not return the old phone. I went back to the store to speak with Corey regarding my trade in and why there was no record of the transaction (I left the phone with Corey). Corey immediately asked did I speak to him and if I was sure I gave the phone to him. I am 100% sure and told him to pull out the store cameras if need be. He became defensive, rude, and deflected the fact he was the employee that assisted me with the trade. After 30 plus minutes Corey finally Returned with my old phone, a bad attitude, and a manager. Corey was unprofessional and dishonest about what happen. I left feeling as if I had done something wrong, feeling like Corey and the manager was gaslighting me, and I felt exhausted after wasting part of my Saturday trying to rectify a situation that Corey created. Corey literally suggested that I may have turned the phone into someone else. He also made comments such as are you sure it was me who helped you, he can't remember all the customers he assist or talk to in one day, he is straight by the book, and I should have mailed the phone back to AT&T. Well, if that was the case and policy why did Corey take my phone in the first place? I was told by Rep. Eric I could bring the phone back to the store and trade it.. (the Rep I originally purchased the phone from). Clearly, neither one of them are familiar with AT&T trade in policy for their store location. Corey's behavior and response came off Suspicious and odd! Also, I have a receipt from the day the transaction took place with all Corey's information (name, date, & time the transaction took place). I 100 % knew who I dealt with regarding my phone. I will never patronize this location again. I prefer to drive across town to another location with a more honest and professional team! read more

Zahra is the best ever customer representative I've ever met in all the AT&T stores in Metro Atlanta. She is so sweet and helpful, making me feel I am a valued customer. She tried every effort she can to meet a customer's needs, and always responded promptly if I had any additional questions. I must say she is the gem of the store. Don't waste your time. These people are highly unprofessional. I went to switch my phone service and a lady asked my name to sign in. The other agents were with other people and she was the only one that appeared free to assist. Well 15 mins go and she's laughing with some of the other people. At this point I'm irritated because she did not provide me with an sort of a time of when I'd be helped. I wait another 10 mins and nothing. I finally walked out. At least half way during my Wait she could've asked me if I had any questions or given me a timeline. She was literally sitting on her ass doing absolutely nothing. I will take my business where people act like they want my business. I read the comments before I came but decided to take my chances. I should've gone elsewhere. Ok I was so glad when I saw the new Att store I decided to stop in today to pay on my bill and get a case. I purchased my new phone 7 plus last month at the Akers mill location the only location within 50 miles of my address that has the best customer service I have ever experience in a phone store. I didn't want to drive to Cobb parkway so I stopped at this location. When I stepped in no one greeted me, unlike Akers mill location. After 7 min I was looking at my phone, someone spoke and said someone will be with you shortly. Another 5 min pass I left. read more

I went to this location yesterday with my sister to add a line to my account for her. I initially walked in with a great spirit and in a good mood, but I must say after dealing with the staff and the service my whole demeanor changed by the time I left. We were at this store for 2 hours only to accomplish NOTHING!!! At first I was told that my account was at the limit for the amount of lines I could have on my account. Well I have a business account and was told I didn't have a limit, so the rep said ok "let's look at some phones", so we spent about 45 mintues listening to him critique the different phones and their capabilities. We decided on the HTC focus and went back to the counter, he pulled up my account again and said "sorry it won't let me add the line". I must have given him a look that could kill because he apologized and asked to be excused to talk to his manager. He came back and said my plan wasn't enough for an additional line, so I asked if I just needed to add more minutes and he said NO that the rules and policy changed and its just not allowed now . He checked on a few more things and said he found a solution and could add the line, so we spent another 30 to 45 mintues waiting for him to figure out his NEW FOUND solution! He walked back over to me and said"Sorry I couldn't add it, you need to change your plan to add more minutes" (now at this point I"M PISSED, because I said didn't I just ask this IDIOT this question 45 minutes ago!!!!!)
