Instead of helping, the staff immediately brushed me off and insisted it was an insurance claim -- which was incorrect. My phone was then tossed back into my purse, and I was told to leave. I was understandably upset. I was being ignored, contradicted, and told to do something completely different from what their own corporate team directed me to do. Cody, the manager, clearly doesn't understand company policy, and neither do his employees. My advice to them: learn your policies and actually read the customer notes before dismissing someone. Ironically, when I called customer service afterward, the representative on the phone helped me immediately -- no attitude, no dismissiveness, no misinformation. A formal complaint has already been escalated to management. I hope Cody is prepared to address it.

The employee assisting us seemed inexperienced and provided incorrect information, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the team felt very disorganized, and the manager seemed to contribute significantly to the issue. Instead of providing leadership or resolving concerns, the manager appeared unprofessional and ineffective, which set the tone for the entire experience.

After visiting several other places, including the Verizon Store, where they told me it wasn't practical to replace my fading battery (they tried hard to upsell me to get a new phone), a kind person at Batteries+ (where they didn't have a battery to fit my phone) recommended this store. Easy in, easy out with a new battery. This will be my first stop from now on.

I dropped off two laptops, one with a cracked case and a broken charging port. The other was freezing up and crashing. I got the crashing laptop back in about three days. It lasted about an hour before it began bluescreening again. I took it back. Three weeks later, I get a call saying they still can't fix it, but they need more money to basically take a wild guess. I should have known something was up when they started quoting exorbitant rates, but a massive discount if I just signed up for their insurance program. These guys aren't there to fix your stuff, their primary job is to sell that useless insurance. I ended up paying nearly $200.00 to pick up two laptops in exactly the same condition I left them. They can do simple repairs, but most of their tech expertise is clever illusion.

Dishonest and awful. Overall they have no accountability, lack of professional customer service,…read moregodawful diagnostics, and abysmal integrity. To be precise, my mother went in to have my brother's Switch repaired, which to anyone obvious it's a USBC-Port issue which Google claims UBreakiFix can in fact fix - they don't ask any questions, plug a chip into the device, claim it's the battery, then take the device. She paid 140, wasn't even called that the repairs were done, then after picked up and plugged in at home, the Switch still doesn't work. She calls, no refunds, they tell her they can't do USBC repairs, which is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of offering at least half the 'repair' price back or the entire thing free of charge since they didn't even fix the issue, they simply say 'no can do'. These guys could've at least tested after 'repair' that the battery was even the issue and gave a call and stated so, even directed us to another place that has people who do microsoldering to fix the issue, because the issue CAN be fixed - they either don't have anyone with the knowledge to do the repair or quite frankly, they enjoy ripping people off. Multiple negative reviews that exist about UBreak follow this trend, so our fault I guess, but DO NOT take your devices here if you want honest work done. These guys will rip you off; fail to fix the issue, do nothing, pretend to be courteous in a response to their negative review, and overall fail to make up for their shortcomings. DO NOT take your devices here.

This place was my last resort so I came by and explained to them what the issue was and dropped my phone off. The next day they called me and told me they were able to turn my phone on and now it's been working just like normal. I personally want to thank them for their service and fixing what seemed to be a lost cause. You have to watch some of these places, they tell you your phone can't be repaired or they buy the phone from you and say they will scrap it for its parts but really they know what's wrong and will fix it and keep the phone to resell at another time. That wasn't the case with them here and I look forward to doing business with them in the future if any of my electronics have another malfunction. Extremely professional and courteous!! They try to work with you each and every step of the way so you feel secure.

I had a bit of misfortune and dropped my phone right on the screen, completely destroying it. Upon recommendation, I looked up the store and asked a question through Yelp on a Sunday morning. Thinking of regular business hours for most places, I was expecting a response by Monday sometime after the store was opened. Shelly responded to my question within 15 minutes. There was back and forth communication and she responded extremely fast. She was not working that day, but found they had my screen in stock and when they opened, Andrew would be expecting me. The reason I didn't give a 5 star review was because of the time it took to get my phone back. Andrew got my phone done that afternoon, but there was a malfunction with the screen and it didn't work completely. Andrew offered for me to take the phone and bring it back when they got another screen delivered, as that was the only screen for my phone they had. I left it at the store and Andrew said he would keep in touch. Andrew did a great job at keeping me in the loop with the process. There were some problems with getting a new screen in. When it finally arrived, Shelly personally took care of my phone and let me know as soon as it was done. When I went to pick it up, it was a great experience. Shelly is very personable and makes it a light-hearted experience. She apologized for the time it took to get my phone repaired and understood the frustrations that it caused. I have a work and personal phone so it wasn't the biggest inconvenience to me, but since the offer to get the phone and use it until the new screen came in was on the table, it wouldn't have been terrible. Shelly and her team were wonderful throughout the process and if I ever have another incident with a phone, I would definitely bring it back to Cellairis.
