The only reason I'm writing now is because my iPhone is paid off now, and I figured I'd reach out one last time before switching to Verizon. When I signed up with this AT&T location in the fall of 2017, I was told I would get a $400 credit - but that it may take several months to arrive. There was a red flag: During my time in the store a man walked in and said it had been six months and he hadn't received his credit. I have the names of every employee or representative of the company that I spoke to. One of the first excuses was that the original manager that had offered me the deal had changed stores. Eventually I moved up the line and spoke with someone from the corporate side of AT&T and they told me they couldn't do anything because this Leominster location is technically a franchise, not a corporate store. As some backstory, the then-manager of this store offered me a 2x$200 credit. He said I should verify that my phone could be ported then come back next week and get this deal done. Evidently the AT&T credit offer technically expired over that weekend (this is something I learned later) - but the manager absolutely knew I was signing up because of that sweet $400 offer. I'm told that if the manager had simply noted in the system that that the customer (me) was promised the credit, then we wouldn't be in this mess. I want to add that everybody I dealt with was very friendly - but nobody seems to have the authority to fix my situation. I cannot in good conscience recommend any deals that involve credits.

Every time 1 of us needs assistance with learning our way AROUND OUR APPLE DEVICES instead of taking a risk of maybe getting a VIRUS Or ROBOCALLS . We go right back to Michael and he shows us ways to stay safe with all our mobile devices. He truly cares about the customers needs1st even if that means having to stay at the store after his shift or after store hrs, Jerry is fairly new to the AT&T STAFF store. So if Michael happens to not be in, Jerry is a great addition to MICHAEL "S store. I have always been a GoPhone customer with other mobile companies b/c15yrs ago we really were done dirty by AT&T, I swore I would never get another phone with a contract. Due to today's economy my husband and I we're really freaking out about our 13 year olds Christmas wishlist (which was a iPhone 10xr) but thanks to this awesome staff we were able to get a plan that was safe and affordable for our family. Sometimes we are so quick to complain and write negative reviews, but don't take the time to share such positive experiences. I highly recommend Wireless World. Jose there is amazing to say the least. I went there with a smashed phone. I already knew the phone was smashed so bad that it wasn't going to be worth repairing. Jose went above and beyond to try to help me fix the phone so I could at least retrieve the pictures. He also gave me a very reasonable deal on a iPhone, tempered glass, screen, protector, and case. They fully admitted their error but refused to take any responsibility and proffer the my they initially admitted I was owed. It started when the incompetent moron they employed in this store did not properly port my number over. Once I find the error I called their call center. The problem was fixed, they told me I'd get a refund for the 6 months of overpayment and a month on free service. The promised refund did not come. It took 4 more calls--over 2 hours each--for them to give me nothing at all. They opened two inquiries but closed them without any investigation. I was told to bring the bills from the other company to the store and they would get me the refund. Despite being my only option, I suspected they would do nothing; and I was right. I gave them the time line and was promised a callback with an update on the following Monday. They never called. I tried call multiple times but I sent to voicemail every time. Ironic that a phone store never answers the phone. I went to store and that's when everything fell apart. They began by going back on EVERYTHING they and the call center said. They blamed me for their errors and refused to take any responsibility. I was left without the promised refund and by being a feeling that they blamed me for their errors. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE. if you can get rid of AT&T.
