When I made my way to the clearence isle I saw an older lady working but I minded my business and I was looking through the racks when I heard her say I shop too rough in a aggravated tone and started grabbing all the hangers around . I said It wasn't me. I thought was the end of it. I heard her say to the girl next to her It probably was her. I could not believe it I was just trying to shop and I was met with aggression. Only good thing to say was I found a nice dress on sale and the younger lady helped my grand daughter was kind and helpful found what she needed.

The traffic flow in this store is a disaster. The main alley is so crowded with store merchandise…read moreand the checkout lines collide with the inbound shopper flow. It's miserable if there's any volume of shoppers at all.

So my review is not based on their work on appliances because when I called them for service I…read morenever got a call back. I called on a Saturday morning around 9 AM and reached their after hours Emergency Line which states they take calls 24/7. Unfortunately they don't return the calls they receive. I called, as I stated, around 9 AM because my refrigerator shut down the night before (didn't realize). I left a message with the answering service. About three hours later I called back and was told that they had not called in for their messages, must be on a job, my message was still on file. Going on six hours since my first call, called back in, I was told they were given my message, should be hearing back soon... 9 hours later....called in one last time for closure, told they were given my message...that's all they knew (the answering service). So 9 hours later, no call back...nothing...big fail for this place. Really? You can't call me back to say you can't make it over? Can't call back to say you're too busy? Can't call in for your messages??? Big FAIL....Sorry Joe!

Called Joe's appliance at 10am and got a call back from Steve less than an hour later. I over…read morestuffed the dryer and could not get it to turn back on. Note, my Gf was away at the time and was not very happy with Me upon her return. Steve, the tech, assured me he could come over the same day. Within a few hours he was here and the job was done quickly. Shout out to Joe's appliance and especially Steve for a friendly, courteous, and a great job done. Highly recommend.
