I called Mr Fixsmith in Forest Hills and talked to Mahmoud. I let him know of the situation and told him I'd be willing to send both phones to him via UPS so that he could look at it. The cost of the UPS was on me and that was ok. Mahmoud was great. The batteries in both devices needed to be replaced. He called me to let me know what was going on and an approximate date the devices would be fixed. He did set my expectstions which were spot on. Mahmoud is an A++ professional. I appreciated the communication. It's my experience, that kinda of communication does not happen much here in Florida. I had a trust relationship when I lived in Forest Hills and unfortunately, being here in Florida, it lessoned but not anymore.
