DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! It is going on 5 months that I am on with Verizon customer service once a month to dispute my bill. When I traded in my phones at this store the Manager, Nick, never sent two of the phones back. So my account was charged for the phones, one month my bill was almost 900.00. I have been paying close to 500.00 every month, my bill was not SUPPOSED to go up. My bill was supposed by the same 320.00 BUT it wasn't, do not go in to this store. I have never enjoyed visiting the Authorized Retailer stores b/c I have consistently found they try to sell you products which are not necessary, upgrade you and the service typically lacks compared to the standard retail stores. I was faced with no choice but to run into the store on Cross Bay Blvd since all of a sudden my cell phone service was lost. I ran into the store around 7:05 pm and the individual in the store was helping a couple. He asks me "what can I help you with?" I explained I unexpectedly lost cell phone service. He responds "well I'm in the middle of helping other customers". At no point, in my response to him did I indicate that he immediately attend to me. I asked him approximately how long it would take to finish the customers that he was currently helping so I knew how long I would need to wait and he said around 20 mins. I then asked the time they closed and he responds with "well we are already closed" with a smirk on his face. At that point, I could tell he had no interest in helping me. He did not even suggest for me to come back in the morning and he could help me then. He did not even suggest I contact Verizon directly and they can assist me with a lost of cell phone service. I went home and contacted Verizon support through their chatbot feature and the issue was resolved in 10 mins. This is why jobs, such as his, will be replaced with AI one day. I went in this morning because I was having issues with my IPhone. Apple was unable to help but the gentleman in this Verizon store was! He was the only person in the store and had a few other customers coming in and calling but was very attentive and at the same time. He was able to fix my phone and I would definitely recommend coming to this location. read more

Do not use this store. Using the website, I ordered an iPhone 11 for in-store pickup. I received an e-mail telling me my phone was ready and that to get it all I needed was a government-issued ID and the credit card I purchased it with. It also stated that I could activate my phone at home. The salesman (I'm still looking for his name) told me he needed my phone number and that he had to activate my phone to give it to me. He also said that he couldn't sell me the phone unless he activated it - too stupid to understand that I already purchased it on-line and was simply there to pick up an order I placed online. He refused to listen - asked me to leave and subsequently canceled my order. This is part of the e-mail I got. Good news-your order is ready and can be picked up by you or any of your Account Managers. We'll hold it at the store for 3 day(s) before it's canceled. Items needed for pick up*: Government-issued photo ID Credit/debit card if used to place order What's next: Save time before you get your new device by backing up your stuff now. Best Verizon store I ever went in very easy to work with service was beyond expectations

First of all the store manager and his assistant were masked up and there were sanitizers set up in the store, I came in wanting to get rid of my old phone and that is what we did. So let me start off by saying this Verizon is under new management/owners/no longer the two women owners anymore so this is why the review is phenomenal! I went in 2 weeks ago just to ask some questions about the new iPhones since my whole family were up for updates. I'm usually good with technology but the new iPhone threw me for a loop and I was a little frustrated. One of the workers named Doug was available and offered his assistance. He showed me the differences between each phone in comparison to my then current phone along with the pricing for each. I had a few questions and then had to repeat them because I was forgetting ‍ and he was kind enough to answer them as pleasant as he had the first time lol. Not once was he pushy to make a sale and offered opinions and advice based off of what I was looking for/interested in. I ended up upgrading my phone and mentioned my mom was due for her upgrade and needed something with more space but as similar as possible to her current phone. He matched her up perfectly and I brought her in that evening to upgrade as well and he even downloaded/transferred everything over from her old phone to her new phone the next day (we were already there a little after closing and didn't want to keep him any longer than we had to). Doug was kind, patient, detailed in his responses, and made you feel like you were casually shopping for a new phone with a friend rather than an annoying and pushy sales person which is exactly what I want to Dee whenever I'm in the market for something. I'm actually going back this evening to have my brother also take care of his update as well and will try to find something a little easier for my dad to use as well since Doug was so helpful with matching my mom with a new phone. So if you need to go to the local Verizon store head on in and ask for Doug, he's the best! read more

Don't go here. They are very sneaky. I went last month because it was under new management. Well I should have known. Went there to renew my contract. Everything went well and then at the very end - you are getting a brand new tablet. Ok .... did not want it but it was free. Nope. Get my bill a few weeks later and guess what ... that free tablet first there was a $40 activation fee???? $20 a month for the use of the tablet and a retroactive fee $13. The sales person NEVER said anything about these fees. I would have refused this "free" tablet ... didn't need it, didn't want it. I called verizon, told them my story, they refunded everything as long as I returned the "free" tablet. I ran over to the store, saw the same salesperson and very calmly explained everything. He apologized, but said something about he did tell me about the monthly fee ... sorry he didn't tell me about the activation fee ... offered me a $40 credit to use the next time. SORRY THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME. read more

my boyfriend went through a lot of trouble to get his new phone (transfer issues, different retailers etc.) and the staff here was amazing!! so helpful!! doug walked us through every step, and made sure everything was taken care of. it took some time to get the new phone set up, and the whole team there was very patient with us. great experience!! read more

Run! Don't just walk past this business. They conveniently forget to tell you important things, like activation fees direct from Verizon, restocking fees. They take care of other customers while you are still being helped (I use the word helped very lightly). I was tempted to walk out - after being there for 2 hours - I should have - I regret not doing it. read more
