Came in to return an iPhone I had purchased. Manager and her employee acted ghetto told me they wouldn't do it for me didn't understand why I wanted to return the phone to their store. I explained to them I had to return it to a corporate store since I bought the phone through the app and it was within 14 day period. They got mad started to do the return then said " there will be a restocking fee and I can tell you right now you can't return this phone." This location has been here for several years and it's a corporate location. Meaning they have more power to resolve higher issues. I came here with an ordering being sent to the incorrect place. Needless to say I was a little frustrated, but working with one of the representatives here turned that experience around. They were able to get my situation taken care of despite being told that it would be impossible. The current staff was insightful and engaging with customers that were walking into the store. I think they live up to the att standard and handle business well here. If you do have any issues or questions with resolving your mobile device needs, I recommend this location without a doubt. read more

We spent an hour here trying to get the best deal on new phones ... Axel convinced us to combine our lines to get a better price. He said our bill was going to be $190. A week or two later we receive our bill for $400!!!!!! The price on each line went up to $40!We were paying $25 per line before. And then there were so many fees and add-ons that we didn't know about. Why would he lie to us like this, this is so wrong!!!!! He just sold us lies! And now that i think about it, he didn't even give me some sort of receipt for what we paid for or what the new plan was going to be. Just terrible. read more

Absolutely worst service imaginable. Upon entering the store no one acknowledged me. I stood in the store for maybe 10 minutes until a young women employee became free. She then proceeded to wait on another customer that came in 5 minutes after me. I was wanting to speak to a particular employee only to find out they were at lunch. I left and returned later and at least this time an employee acknowledged me and told me to sit anywhere and someone would be with ne momentarily. After waiting for 10 minutes without anyone helping me the same thing happened again. Another customer came in and they were helped ahead of me. I'm currently sitting in the store and 2 employees are talking to each other and no one is providing assistance. Suggest taking your business elsewhere. read more

I've always gotten good customer service here, but Sarah is the best!!! There is a wait no matter where you go. So ppl should not complain about that.... Now to Sarah, she is Great!! She made sure I knew all my options for my phone answered all my questions. I should have gotten the watch on my visit cause she was off when I went back two days later. But hey, i didn't have any questions because she had already took care of it on Sunday 7-2-2023 even let me know that they would be closing early and the time. Ok! I usually come to this store to pay my bill through the machine. I know customer service here is bad but I did try to ask for help regarding upgrade. Turn over of staff here is quite fast. I ask Fernando about one of wireless phone for an upgrade inquiry. I could always look it up by myself online but he just gave a hard time asking for unnecessary questions. First the license, then ID. I told him that I could always go online on his iPad and give him the personal code... I stood in the middle of the store for 10 minutes before one of the sales people asked "Have you signed in yet?" What? How about you greet me when I walk in and ask if I need help first instead of letting me stand in the middle of the store looking like an idiot. THEN, you can tell me I need to sign in. I watched people while I waited and everyone that walked in was greeted that way after standing waiting for a few minutes. The sales people looked at them and passed them by. Only then were they asked that stupid question. "Have you signed in?" After that, the salesperson typed in the customer's name. Sigh. Can you tell I'm in a bad mood? I just broke my freakin' phone. So the waiting thing really amped up my bad mood. I use my phone for business and any wasted time is money lost. I couldn't make any calls or receive any texts. Anyhoo, the stupid sign-in thing. Sales people of AT&T store: Please ask if people need help first. This will let them know that they need to 'sign in' if the want to be helped. Not the worst location, but getting there. They set up a friend with a cellphone, gave him a # in Mc Kinney & charged him LONG DISTANCE to call HIS OWN HOUSE. They gave him and me a load of BS about how there were no Garland Richardson or Plano #s available & he would have to live with the charges.(a blatant LIE) We went to T mobil, they said NO PROBLEM PLENTY of numbers available anywhere we wanted in those 3 areas . The staff here is polite and USELESS if you want a decent cell # that wont run you a fortune in long distance to call your own house !! The worst service ever. I just paid $100 for installation although the apartment complex where I moved in had AT&T wired in! And we could not use any other provider. Then a week later my internet connection does not work! So they told me that they will send a technician and that I must be present (time off work) Also I must pay $100 technician fee to come out and fix it!!! I didn't break it... it just stopped working. That is too expensive and now I am without internet for two full days!! They are unreliable since I do a lot of work from home and now I can't do my work, need to take off so they could come look at it and have to pay $100!!!!! Went to this store to get a new iPhone Tyler didn't tell me to back up my old phone first left and I didn't have service on either phone tried to set phone up through att customer service and couldn't get code for iCloud on phone because there was no service to the new phone or old phone just all out very bad custom service don't go to this store find another one. Terrible Service. Scammed and Mistreated at AT&T store. We received the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Never thought I would be SCAMMED by a company like AT&T. Waited for about an hour and a half before being helped. By this time it was already near closing and I suppose the employee was rushing so he could get home. The employees we spoke to, Keenan and Fareed, did not tell us about any of the extra fees we would have. They offered a deal for a Samsung watch for 99 cents but failed to tell us about the activation fee until we got our bill. We wound't have gotten the watch if we'd know about the activation fee. We got a bundle with Direct TV because there would be a discount added, but they didn't inform us that that discount wouldn't be applied until several months after we signed up meaning we would have to pay the full direct tv bill along with our cellphone plan. They also failed to mention that with the trade in plan, it would take 10 weeks to process meaning I would still have to pay my sprint bill anyways or it would look bad on my credit. They also never mentioned how expensive the prorate charges would be since we changing our plan in the middle of the billing cycle. To top it all off, my Fiance previously had a discount with his work, we were told that the discount would still be applied when upgrading to unlimited, but no surprise, the employees were wrong about that to. After finding out about all these charges I called the store to speak to a manager but after waiting on hold for 45 minutes we decided to go to the store. We finally spoke with the Manager Mitchel, but he told us that its our fault because we signed the contract, (which by the way, the employee swiped so fast through those contracts on their Ipad devices, who knows what you're signing up for) and kept saying that he "had faith in his employees that they told us about all the extra fees." Which he also said that he just transferred to this store so how could he have so much faith in employees that he just started working with. Even his business cards were still from the other store. After being told several times he couldn't help us, finally after struggling with him for about an hour he gave us a small credit but I am horrified at the fact he basically called us dumb for not reading the contract and liars for telling him about not being informed about all the excess fees. I thought AT&T was better than this. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THE EMPLOYEES DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT, AND THE MANAGER MITCHELL, WON'T HELP YOU EITHER!! read more

When I sought an upgrade I was told the only way I could get a new phone and be eligible for the 0% payment plan, is to open a new phone number. With a new number one incurs additional cost as an access fee for the device to connect to the network ...ever wonder why AT&T sells phones and plans, but you then have to pay to use the plan? Simply ridiculous. I did ask the payment plan to be attached to the number I have had for many years which also had a phone that I own attached to it; was told no it is not possible. The store personel apologized but said there is nothing I can do, call customer services. Multiple frustrating calls to AT&T later, needless to say I feel like they've rubbed my face in it. I'm switching to another carrier. read more
