ZERO rating for AT&T. I've never had worse service. I cancelled two lines that were fully paid for and looked at my bills and now AT&T is charging me 5 times what I was paying for the two lines - a mobile hotspot and an Apple Watch I know longer used - both through wirh their contrast. The sales reps are scammy. They were pushy about selling me a plan I did not qualify for and then pretended it wasn't a big deal and I would get a discount! Meanwhile I was given 2 phone lines on the promotional thing they sold me( one I did not need or use) and then it was hijacked by a scammer that made international calls to Pakistan. They are a bunch of scam artists-all of them. The sales people hide behind the verbiage "we aren't ATT--we are ATT distributors". Their titles should be "professional con-artists". read more

This location seems to be understaffed but luckily it was not busy when we went. The associate that helped us was very nice and efficient.

Whenever you have any type of issue, question, or concern with your electronic device, ask for ROSALINDA. She's a shorter lady with beautiful long wavy/curly hair (I would pay big money for her hair in bundles)! Rosalinda is helpful, patient, efficient and will not allow you to leave the store until the both of you all are completely satisfied. I was having major issues with my phone and not wanting to buy a new one right now because I'm anticipating the release of the Samsung galaxy note 9 in a couple of months. I brought in a 4 year old, heavily damaged phone, and with Rosalinda's touch and a new sim card I was good to go! She didn't even charge me! Rosalinda is a wonderful asset to At&t and cooler than the other side of a pillow. I'll ask for her from now on! Awesome experience! read more

Worst customer service ever. Checking in is unorganized and chaotic especially for someone who has not been in that store before. My dad and I walked in, we were not greeted, we kind of just explored around looking at the phones. We thought someone would approach us and ask if we needed help, no one ever did. We noticed names were being called so that made us wonder if we needed to check in with someone. You can't tell whose staff and whose not. We found a guy at the one main register counter and asked if we needed to check-in, he said yes, but we had to take a seat and someone would come to check us in. So we sat down at the table beside the counter. We sat there for over 30 minutes no one ever came to check on us. We eventually noticed there was another guy wondering around asking people if they had been helped. He checked in 4 other customers who had just arrived and each time we noticed their names appeared on the wait board, but my name was no where to be seen. No one had yet to ask if we had been helped. I went up to him and asked him about checking in. He finally checked us in. In the mean time, we had to wait for our turn. As we were waiting for our turn that same man at the main counter checked in 2 customers! After he had told us he couldn't check us in and had to wait for someone else to check us in. My dad and I were livid! Why could he check in those customers and not us? I know that not everything is about race but given the circumstances it felt like we were being singled out and avoided. We couldn't understand why that man couldn't check us in but was able to check in those other customers. We had been sitting there at this point for almost an hour, he knew we were waiting to be checked in since he was the one that told us to wait. It's not like we needed a bilingual associate; we speak English, so I don't know why he felt like he couldn't do something as simple as checking us in, when he obviously had the capability of checking people in. The customer service person who did finally help us was super nice and friendly though. I think his name was Ricky? He was very apologetic about the wait. All in all we spent 1 hour and 20 minutes in that store. The majority of it was waiting. The sales part took all of 15 minutes. I will not be back and cannot recommend this location. If the store would put signs directing people to check in or even self sign in kiosks that would streamline the check in process. Otherwise staff is just aimlessly walking or standing around because they don't know whose been checked in and can't keep track of whose been helped, so they just pick and choose who to ask or don't take the initiative to help. read more

Just went to this store for the first time ever yesterday. I was a little nervous considering I've gone to other companies and was either ignored, looked down on or tried to be forced into getting plans I didn't want but I definitely found what I needed yesterday! Sergio was the one who helped me and he was amazing! He made sure I didn't feel pressured into getting a phone I didn't need or a service I didn't need! had an issue with transferring my mom's AT & T iPhone 7+ to my existing service Hudnok was very helpful. He fixed issues I didn't think could be done. He told me i could have stayed with AT & T for hardly anymore than I am paying Straight Talk now. When I called to ask if there was anything I could do after being with y'all for many years I was told how to unlock my phone to move on. He said I could have bundled my Uverse & Direct TV. My phone call seemed like they didn't care. He made the process go by quickly as he was engaging and great to talk to. We spoke of cars, children, & family. This is the AT&T store closest to my home. Stopped by because in switching to a new IPhone 5 the messaging part got dropped. Not their fault. Got the phone at SAMs (a word to the wise, don't do that). They helped resolve the problem although I did have to do it with headquarters, not the personnel in store. Problem fixed. Personnel were very helpful and not much of a wait -- weekday noon. Let me repeat, be wary of signing up for things at SAMs if it can be done otherwise. We had a similar (and ongoing) problem with DIRECTV that we also signed up for at SAMs. read more

1st visit: My phone had an issue with the touch screen. The issue? Only a part of the top right corner worked. They said it was the sensors that were messed up and I should buy a new phone. I ended up having to get a new one luckily through insurance however, the issue is/was I still had messages, contacts and pictures that needed to be saved but I couldn't back these things up on my computer because I couldn't press "trust" because of my messed up phone. I ended up going to a phone repair store to find out that THIS ATT store gave me the WRONG diagnosis on my phone and they said it was just a screen issue. THANKS ATT STORE FOR HAVING NO KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR OWN PRODUCTS! I managed to save my pictures the issue was I still needed messages and contacts. Visit 2: I go in with a practically brand new phone, to which I don't care if anything gets deleted because ITS A NEW PHONE. Anyway, the guy helping me -Jose, I think that's his name btw please if they hook you up with him, run he has no idea what he's doing- I specifically ask for them to back up my old phone and put all the info on the new one. He goes on and on and wastes my time about how emails and social media accounts will bring my contacts back. Which they didn't. The app that transfers that did but it didn't bring back my messages. Then he has the audacity to tell me "oh well if you back it up we would need 45 min to do that but that's the only way I can get your messages back but let's keep using your emails and social media to get your stuff" DUDE I SAID FROM THE GET GO BACK IT UP!!! instead the 30 minutes I did have for him to do on that he wasted. No one has an earthly idea what they are doing there or at least not him or the guy that poorly diagnosed the issue with my Phone. Do NOT waste your time with this store. read more

Do not go to this location. It's my neighborhood AT&T and the staff there have zero idea what they are doing. I was told one thing and when I got my bill a whole other story. This is the second time I've had an issue with this store and it has been year's since I went in but I thought I would give it another try since it's so close to my home. I don't write reviews and I certainly don't like to complain but good grief train your staff and understand what transparency is. Upon arriving, my fiancé and I were greeted by 3 of the 4 salesmen who were in the store. They were cheerful, smiling, and attentive to what we said we were seeking that day. Mauro helped us move one AT&T business line to a different existing wireless account. There were a few hoops to jump through including how to validate the line had been released for transfer, but Mauro explained in detail the issues, and helped navigate us to our goal. He was very professional and friendly, and made sure we were comfortable with the information he was passing along. At one point the manager dropped by just to make sure we were satisfied. Wow. I have been an ATT customer for over 20 years and have been to numerous locations but this by far was the WORST customer service experience I have ever received. Personal comments were made by the manager and my sales associate. Also, other sales associates along with the manager were congergating around a table and talking about me while I was near. OMG I went into this store with my ATT 5S phone in hand. I was traveling and forgot my car charger and I really needed one! Told the man what I needed Now this us where I made a big mistake, I tested he sold the correct car charger. ASSuming one can do his job, well I forget I am old school. I get down I-45 to Corsicana before I plugged in my phone, yes that is correct he sold me the wrong car charger. When I got to Houston where I now live, it took me a few days to get over to an ATT store to make an exchange. Yes folks you guessed it....they would not make an exchange because it had been longer than three days. I haven't idea How much money I have spent with ATT and how long I have had my ATT Phone to THEM that doesn't even matter. I have spent $ $ $ with ATT. Obviously not the most fun place to be but for the most part the employees all genuinely nice but Maria the GM was very rude and sassy about getting a replacement phone charger on warranty. This place and ATT's services in general go hand and hand as a nightmare. I was to get high speed internet and one up from basic TV for $77 a month for 12 months, then it would be adjusted up It was to be installed the first week of January. The installation fee was $28. This is month #5 and my bill, which has never been 77 bucks, is just a few dollars shy of $300. The internet service with wi fi is fine. The Directv is very marginal. It often pixelates and also the sound often shuts down completely. ATT does not know how to live up to its contracts, and the resent it when you call it to their attention. read more

I am appalled at the horrible customer service that I received today from this location. I have returned a couple of phones before at this location. I came into the store today to purchase a phone. I asked an employee if they had an iPhone 7 Plus in stock. He went to check. While he was checking, another employee came up to me very aggressively and with an attitude and when the other employee was coming out from checking, he goes "we don't have any. Next customer." Like EXCUSE ME?!?! Who the f**k trains the employees at this store? After that little rude comment, I told the other guy who was originally helping me that I wanted to get the iPhone X. So he went to get it. So after this I see him and the manager Maria talking and then when the guy comes back to me, the first thing that comes out of his mouth is "we have a restocking fee of $45." I said I'm aware of that. And he continued with saying "oh well you're just losing money every time you return a phone" once again WHAT THE F**K is wrong with the people at this store? What is it any of his business to say something like that to me? When I brought his crappy customer service skills to his attention he questioned me like how dare I. For the remainder of the interaction I was extremely uncomfortable. To top it all off, I purchased a screen protector and instead of making sure it was put on good and the screen was clean, he just slapped it on there with bubbles still on it and stuff still on the screen. I would like to warn ATT customers to avoid this store if possible. They have very good sales staff that confound the issues and market in ways that are confusing at best. I have spent a lot of time and money straightening up what I thought I purchased and what I really purchased. A word of caution, buy your phone at the Apple Store, buy your ATT services online. This ATT store protocols can end up being a nightmare for you. I wish there were zero stars because that's exactly what it would get. This location is always busy and the staff can be rude. A bunch of young unprofessional sales reps that feel their job is SO important. A sales rep named Luis was very rude to a customer that came up to ask him a question and was demeaning to the customer. They are very short with you and act like the questions you ask thmis such a burden to answer. read more
