Customer service is lacking or actually non existent! I walked in, mind you I have a fractured foot and am wearing a brace and I was asked what I needed help with so I explained I switch companies and had a balance I needed to take care of. He said oh I'm sorry I'm third party I can't help you. You need to go to corporate on Dysart and McDowell. I asked are you sure you can't help me it's hard for me to get around he said I can't even access your account you need to go over there. So I go to the Dysart store explain to the lady what happened and she tells me that he could have absolutely helped me. She help Me in less than 10 minutes!!! Why would he make me go somewhere else I just don't get it!! This is why I switched companies. Horrible service everywhere and horrible customer service!! Never again AT@T!!! read more

I was going to give 5 stars as they got us in and out in a jiffy. It was not an all day sales pitch, though there was some pitching. There was no line, it wasn't busy. When we left though, we found that they signed us up for a promotion that we did not consent to. We had to go back on the website the cancel. The promotion would have eventually cost us more. I don't want to give this store any stars. I purchased two Apple Watches and was given the wrong promotion. When I returned to the store to have some things corrected, I was met with avoidance or deferred to call the loyalty dept. After that not being correct, I returned to the store to set up a meeting with the manager and was told they don't do that. I spoke with a lady who says she was the marketing director (on a Saturday evening) and was told to be quiet so others could talk. John a store employee yelled at me and threatened to call the police and called me incompetent. I've been an At&t customer for over 20 years and I've never ever been treated so poorly. Went in and added new lines to my service, set me up on the most expensive plan without offering options, and added device insurance without my consent, "estimate" was about 30% of what the final bill from AT&T was and had to call them to claw back all the frankly fraudulent charges. read more

They should just close this store. They are useless. Walked in, no customers and 3 workers sitting on their phones. Without even getting up, one mumbled, "Can I help", then said "come over here". Was very negative, about our current phones, our plan, everything. Ended up buying two new phones and was told we needed a new plan which was supposed to cost ~$50 more than our existing one. Later, after we left, found out the stuck is with a plan that was double our old plan, with insurance, and other things tacked on. Had to call AT&T directly and ended up getting a plan less than my original. Don't use this store! In fact, I recommend you go online and order your phones and plan yourself. Customer service was non existent at this store. Went in to get help with my phone, was going to buy a new one but they couldn't even take the time to explain any deals or services. Went to T Mobile the next day on McDowell and the service was excellent. Ended up with new equipment and a better plan! read more

AT&T has nonexistent service in Waddell, Buckeye and a large part of Surprise. They are doing nothing to correct or improve it. Pass on using their services unless you want to see SOS instead of a connection. Horrible service. read more

My dad went there yesterday with my brother and this horrible lady was giving them horrible attitude saying that they couldn't be helped. They went to a different store and they were nice enough to help them with what they needed. Overall just don't go to this store, especially when whoever THAT lady is there. read more

At&t charged my account over $800 for a lost phone that I returned to them. They found the phone a few days later but never returned my $800. They say they refunded my Citibank account but it never made it to my account (I have bank statements). They just give me the run around now. I will be filling a suit and also seeking damages. I can't wait for my contract to end with this terrible company. read more

Honestly if I could give the store a zero rating I would. Denise had terrible customer service. Had an attitude from the minute I walked in the store. Two years ago I rated this store five stars but since then it has gone way downhill, all those employees are now gone I guess . She basically told me to get out of her store is how I felt. This store is horrible. At first don't get me wrong the customer service was great but it was only because they were trying to sell me a phone. I switched over from Verizon to AT&T and figured this would be a good experience and it was in the beginning until I had to wait to get my phone. They told me it would take 5 to 7 days to receive it and it took three weeks and they advised me to send it to the store so they can help me activate and transfer my information. When I arrived a guy Put the phone in my bag and pretty much said bye you can do it at home. I tried to explain that I needed help and that's the reason why I had it sent here but he was not having it. I'm giving this three months and moving back to Verizon because there is no comparison between the two and the store just is horrible and made the experience with AT&T not great. If you do switch over to AT&T do not go to the storeHopefully you have a better look at a different store. read more

I walked into the AT&T store to pay my bill and my customer representative her name is Gina Firman she was marvelous from the moment that she greeted me with that smile, very pleasant, and very calm it was a great experience. I ended up with her help in a newer plan that was lower and better options. Ms. Firman assisted me with my password to to get to the AT&T library and how to access to the AT&T library videos and it was just a wonderful experience. read more

If I could give this store no stares I would!!!! Denise the "manager" is the worst, no costumer service. I came in to this store 1/8/2021 as I walked in she greeted us with attitude then got mad when I tried to explain why I was in and told me "get out of my store" then threaten me by saying "I'm off at 7pm meet me outside" I will be pressing charges. There was 3 other employees who witnessed it all including sales rep Ali who she said "knows nothing he's new". The employees who witnessed this told me to contact HR and corporate and said I could use the camera footage that was recorded in store as well as gave us the owners name of the location. I always buy my phones from this store and expect nothing but good service. Yesterday I got exemplary service. Ryan (store manager) discovered a fraudulent charge on my AT&T account that would have cost me over $1500 if it had not been stopped. He went above and beyond, calling the AT&T fraud department and explaining everything to them, staying on the line with me while it was investigated and keeping me calm. I would highly recommend this store and in particular Ryan. Great Job! read more

Really bad customer service and never staffed properly. We walk in and wait over 5 minutes for someone to just acknowledge us. Every time we go, there is only one person working and several customers waiting. We typically leave after 10-15 minutes of waiting. Do not go to this location, drive a few more miles and go to the Dysart location. They have at least 10 people waiting for you, they open the door for you and ask what your needs are as your walking in. You'll get in and out of the Dysart location before this location (Estrella) ever says hello. read more

While I was there, Miles also was training a FNG, Dez. Dez, you held your own. I was there to buy a phone and add a line and they actually offered me two new plans that would save me money and did so without any extra (salesman like) pressure. I have been a loyal customer of AT&T 20-plus years never have my phone service has been shut off for non-payment my phone has been off for the last 3 weeks due to a mistake of one of your employees and it's totally affecting my business and my personal life this is my business line and my personal line and my son's line has been cut off as well as I cable due to a mistake of one of you guys this is horrible this is unacceptable I know all the stores managers in town have tried to help me and it's coming from corporate office now I'm replying no one seems to have the authority to approve $800 credit to my account for a mistake you guys made I have all my receipts and documents and I will continue to fight this problem this is a living Nightmare and you guys should not treat people like this this is horrible horrible horrible I have contacted several news stations will be getting contact with AT&T I've also done several reports of the places I will not read more
