new ******this place is absolutely horrible*****…read morei took my iphone 14 pro max to get my screen, & back of my phone replaced also my side payments button and my volume down button were not working. that was all that i needed to get done. just an outside issue of the phone nothing internally. however francisco, the store manager told me if i paid $320 for those issues to get done i would basically have a brand new phone again. those were his words after getting my phone over 24 hours later my face id camera is saying that it is not an apple camera. the front plate of my iphone is messed up in some type of way internally. i contact apple support and they told me that i had a lot of internal problems after this repair. to make a long story short, francisco absolutely lied scammed me out of $340 cause i also bought accessories in their store and now says to fix that camera problem. he's gonna have to charge me more money. i don't think so. i will be filing a small claims in the court against this company. also, i will be contacting the bbb and letting them know they are lying to people and this store must be shut down asap.! that's all for now thank you for reading

Took my phone there to get the screen replaced because the flex seal was broken. They told me they…read morewould order the parts same day and the phone would be fixed in two days. Three days later we called and the guy on the phone was very rude and dismissive and said he hadn't even ordered the parts and he didn't know when the phone would be fixed and he would call us when it was done. The next day we went into the store and he handed us the phone supposedly fixed but said he had cracked the back screen while he was fixing it and he would order and replacement free of charge. Cook, but why was he messing with the back of the phone when it was the front of the phone that needed to be fixed? Then minutes later the phone is just about dead. The battery it's draining fast. So we charge it. It gets to 100%. And then an hour later it dies. Something is wrong with it if it can't hold a charge. It wasn't like that when we gave it to them before they replaced the screen. Next thing you know, the phone screen is all glitched out. We can't move it, close it, it won't respond to anything. You can turn it off, but once you open the phone, that glitched out screen is there. While that's happening, the phone smells terrible, like burning glue or nail polish remover. At that point, I'm completely done. We are going back tomorrow and demanding they fix what they damaged or that they refund us completely. Because this is absolutely ridiculous. They also did not give us a receipt when we initially paid, or tell us that the phone screen we got was not under warranty and instead of us paying through the store computer. The guy pulled out a phone and had us tap to pay through there. And then next transaction pulled out a different phone and had us tap to pay through there. They are scratchy and deceptive and I warn all who see this, STAY AWAY. Find someplace else to get your phones and electronics fixed. If I could rate no stars or even negative stars I would. I paid over 400$ for them to give me back a phone that was in even worse condition than when I gave it to them.

Let me be clear: Apple does not require your Apple ID or iCloud login to replace or calibrate a battery. I've since confirmed this with Apple Support and other certified repair techs. Asking for that kind of sensitive information during a basic hardware replacement is completely unnecessary and suspicious. I declined to give them my credentials and took my phone elsewhere. I strongly recommend that others do the same -- never hand over your password unless you're 100% sure it's required (spoiler: in this case, it's not). If you're considering this location, be very cautious and ask questions before agreeing to anything.
