My first and only time in the store was infuriating. We got there around 6 o'clock on a Sunday when the store closes at seven. There were three service people helping two customer groups. It took about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. They then told us that it would take up to 20 minutes before we were helped and that the store closes at seven. We told them specifically why we were there and we questioned if we were better off coming back during the week. The service representative said "stay today, We are busier during the week". We ended up staying until 5 to 7, waiting patiently when the service representative came over to help us and again, we told them why we were there. We were there to upgrade our phone. He said oh let me see if our safe is still open, went away, came back and said sorry it's not open. Holy Toledo! So they told us to stay knowing why we were there and and wait patiently for nearly an hour and then could not help us. That was so rude, so disrespectful, and so inconsiderate that I would not step back in that store again. read more

Do not go to this Verizon location. It is a 3rd party and they do not disclose cost. Will tell you lies about promotions and will charge a set up and go without setting anything up. If they look into your acct to try and give you better deals, that's a charge. Their so called discount isn't a discount. They will try and rip you off any way they can. The worst customer service and scam I have ever experienced!! Hey guys, I'm writing this review hoping it saves other new potential customers from stress and loss of money this is my first ever yelp review, I am not one that puts energy into reviews or complaints but after this experience this is the least I could do. I was a AT&T Customer and switched over to Verizon because i wanted to utilize some of their "awesome" permotions on "free phones" when going into Verizon I am asking the agent about all of their permotions and I decided on the 16plus as is was almost close to free is what the agent was explaining, agent stated that to transfer my service from AT&T to Verizon it would be $40 and for the taxes of the phone would be around $30-$40 dollars and the monthly bill would be $65 for my phone total a month and $60 a month for my boyfriend a month since we are adding me to his line. we asked the agent about 4 times if there was any other prices included, asked for all of the breakdown and there wasn't anything else that was mentioned about additional fees or pricing. so we of course thought that was such a good deal, so we canceled my AT&T plan right then and transferred from then to Verizon, payed the $40 transfer fee that we agreed on,signed the agreement. After all of that the agent brings out his manager and told us that I will have to pay $177 for the taxes on the phone since the promotion only pays for whatever was still remaining in balance on my boyfriends phone since he was adding me to his line, from this point the phone would be delivered to the store in a couple of days, after going through this whole process already I was stuck and decided to think on it and talk with them more abt it when the phone came in because I was told one thing and got trapped into this price so I thought that they would try and help me with coming to them with this situation. when I went back to the store to get the phone I bring up this situation and I'm just told that they can't do anything and this is how it is and to call customer service to file a dispute, and while explaining this the agent then shows us the agreement with the price of next months bill and it's showing $300!!! When asking the agent what that's for he's like oh it's for the other sales tax on the phone and some other things, expressed to him I'm extremely upset I was told out the door $60 total for this phone and now we're paying almost $400 for this phone, he wasn't even trying to help the situation just referred me to customer service so agreed to pay the $177 today and would file a dispute by calling customer service, I get home and check my bank statements, I was charged $277 not $177 for the tax and then checked our monthly bill it was now listed as $85 for both me and my boyfriend when we were told only $65 each, so all the way around I have been robbed hundreds and hundreds of dollars!! Well we reach out to customer service filed a claim and comes to find out they can't even help us because this location is a 3rd party Verizon so we were told to go back to the store because they can't help us, so when going back to the store this is what we were told (the agent that was helping you is new) ( we will refund you for the addition $100 for taxes, but we will add it to your monthly statement over a course of 36 months so that comes too $5 a month) ( and my manager will reach out to you)- manager never called . This is by far the most disgusting customer experience I've ever had, stealing hundreds of dollars from a customer and not helping them. Clearly these company's do not care about customers at all, after being treated this way you would think they would try and help. read more

We went to this store to get new phones in response to Verizon's advertisement of a free iPhone 16. The sales rep told us the new phones were free. She also told us that we could do an unlimited data plan that would cost less per month than the limited data plan that we had. A month or so later when we got our first bill from Verizon we were shocked. It was three times the normal bill . Then the next month it was almost double the normal bill. After hours on the phone with Verizon we were able to get some credits and bring the bill closer to our prior monthly fee. But we were still paying a balance on our phones monthly and still paying more per month than our old plan. After exhausting what we could do through Verizon, we went to the store to see if trading in our old phones would help. Gloria said the employee who helped us was no longer there so she could not help us. So the store took no responsibility for what their employee told us. Moral of the story: don't take the employees word. Ask for a printed version of the estimated monthly bill before signing anything because no one may take responsibility later. read more

If I could give this store zero stars I would. We visited this store in August and got talked into putting secondary numbers on both of our phones, with the assurance it wasn't going to cost us anything. We went back to the store in Sept, Oct, & Nov to find out why we were being changed for these lines. The first two times we were in the store we were promised we'd see credit for these charges on our next bill. Well 3 months later we're now told there's nothing they can do for us to remove these lines, and wed have to deal directly with Verizon. Went in to get a new phone and there was only one guy with customers and we were waiting a while. He wasn't super friendly and I was debating going to another location. Fortunately a girl came out, I believe her name started with a G, but glad I stayed because she was awesome. She was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. My phone was going to take awhile to transfer everything so she texted when it was done. Upon returning, another guy helped me and he was super sweet. He said the girl had put the screen protector and camera protector on the new phone for me which I think is super great customer service. I appreciated not having to deal with it myself. Purchased 2 google pixel 9 pro xl for husband and myself. Had a nice sales person that helped us. 2 days later i returned with many questions and needed help with questions that i had. Was greeted ( NOT) by the store manager gloria. She was no help at all and spoke with a stern voice. I felt she talked down to me as i am 76 years yound and not cell phone savy. I will return to pick up a phone case for my husband as it has been paid for but wasnt in stock. My daughter went to the Buckeye location for a new phone, has issues and came home. The next day we went to the location off the Estrella and had an amazing experience! Pedro let us know we had 2 phones eligible for upgrades. One of the lines we had issues getting the factory reset to do through. He gave me his cell and texted throughout the week with updates. By Friday we were about to reset for the credit. He was outstanding as far as customer service goes. When I came in, he was helping another client, Alex was available and extended the same service. Tiara is a life saver! I was in need of a new phone. Mine ran out of storage and was starting to act up. It was time to upgrade. It was one of those days. I went in with my two kiddos. Through all the craziness, she helped me and was so patient and kept asking if I was okay. She helped me get everything updated, and transferred over. She even help me pick out a case, screen protector, and a few other items. She made my visit easy and painless!! Everything was explained to me. Nothing hidden. NOT a Verizon store, not a VERIZON store, NOT VERIZON. Authorized seller of Verizon things and if you're super lucky you can maybe pick up a phone you ordered from VERIZON, REALLY LUCKY, before 4 p.m or not... Horrible experience. Had to pick up my phone here because it wasn't available anywhere else right away. The VERIZON rep on the phone told me to head over to this store and my phone would be ready to pick up by the time I drove the 30 minutes to get there. When I got there, was told by one of the Victra people that was working that they do not release ordered phones after 4 p.m. Then another person came out and was SO rude to me the entire time I was there. She told me if I paid the taxes on the phone I could have it, but that was the only way. WHY would I pay these people taxes on a phone I've already paid taxes on?! What the hell? I refused completely. Then told me they couldn't give me my phone at all or it would show as missing in their system because it wasn't released. That's not how this works!?!? I paid my dues to VERIZON already, I was just trying to pick up my phone... After 4 p.m... They close at 7! 3 hour early cut off if you want to pick up an ordered phone?? I called VERIZON while waiting for them to try to figure out what could really actually be done. The VERIZON rep contacted CORE, had them on the line waiting for the Victra people to let me have my phone so that VERIZON could activate it then and there, and the Victra people just acted as if I was a complete bother to even be there. The VERIZON rep said she'd never heard of such a thing as not releasing a phone order past 4 p.m. Yeah, me neither, for anything, phone or otherwise. If this had been an actual VERIZON store, she could have told them to give me my phone, but because VERIZON doesn't own this Victra Authorized Verizon retailer, they can do WHATEVER THEY WANT. While the 2 Victra people were "trying" to figure out what could be done, they were on their phones, unpacked boxes, taped up other boxes, scanned phones they unpacked, helped another person that was there, answered a few questions for people that came in, tried to talk this one poor older guy into buying a new phone because there was something wrong with his, but didn't even care WHAT was wrong, just buy a new phone... He left, imagine that. I finally asked again for an update and she said there was nothing. I was so frustrated at this point and it was 7 p.m, closing time (2 hours wasted: 30 minute drive there, an hour waiting for them to actually do nothing at all, 30 minutes drive back home). I asked for the phone number of the store so I could call in the morning when they open to see if my phone was miraculously "released" overnight before I drive ANOTHER 30 minutes one way, wait forever, then drive back home 30 minutes, but VERIZON emailed me that it was ready to pick up before I did. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. And once I'm done getting my ordered phone, I'll NEVER be back to this place, nor will i EVER recommend this place to anyone. Pickup did go smoothly the 2nd trip, even though the Victra person (same rude one as yesterday) tried over and over to talk me into entering my pin instead of using the VERIZON QR Code in my VERIZON app, not sure what that's about, but finally she agreed to scan it, and I left after opening the box to make sure the phone was in the box and in good condition. read more

This store is joke! I was looking into transferring my service to Verizon. I ordered the new phone with this so call establishment. They provided me with a date of when they would be delivered. Never received notification that items were delayed. I called multiple time, finally was able to speak with the on-call service they informed that not all phones were in and they would call me when they were received. Finally received a call two weeks after anticipated date of delivery. When I came into the store, the representative address us "what's up guys" extremely unprofessional. Then proceed to informs us that our items had been sold because we waited more than a week to come in. I came in to the store within 4 days of being notified. I went in because I wanted information on how to get my cracked iPhone screen fixed , there was 2 workers attending a lady, I didn't receive a hello welcome in or any acknowledgement at all , waited in line 20 minutes , just to receive a link on how to do it at home, if they had acknowledged me and took 5 seconds to ask what I needed help with I could have been out of there in two minutes. Was having issues with my phone. Girl immediately said it's a bad phone and that I needed a new phone. Unprofessional and just wanted to get rid of me. Went out to my car did some research and it wasn't the model of the phone that had issues with Verizon. The fact that I've used the phone for 4 years with Verizon should attest to that. I went back in to confront her on the matter where she responded "well what do you want us to do about it". I asked well what about a new SIM card and she responded we have tried that with no luck and proceeded to again tell me I needed a new phone etc. she was trash her customer service was non-existent. I have had the worst experience with Verizon wireless and l have only been with them a month. They are con-artist and are stealing from people during a global pandemic. I transferred my services from another company and was offered $850 to trade in my phone in-store. The representative inspected my phone and verified that l qualified for the full $850 promotion. The rep advised me that they would usually mail the trade-in in themselves but do to COVID l would have to mail it in myself. I transferred my services and all was well until it was time to credit me for my phone. I received an email saying that my phone was unresponsive and that l has a crack on my screen which is completely false. I asked them to return my phone because someone is lying there and they response was that once you trade it in you can't get it back. They failed to provide any pictures or any type of proof! This company should be ashamed for taken advantage and stealing from people during a world crisis. I will never do business with them again and neither should anyone else. Honestly, I have no clue how the store is. They're closed even though their website says their hours today are open from 9AM - 8PM. The door says they open at 10 and close at 6 PM. I'm doubting their overall attention to detail. We called Verizon and were told this location is not a 'real' Verizon store. It all starts with a deplorable store manager, Gloria Garcia. She lacks basic customer service skills that managed to filter down to a couple of other employees. This is sad because I would have rated this outlet a "5" based on previous interactions with several helpful and knowledgeable employees. It all started going south when I tried to buy a new i-Phone. Six visits later, the phone now works well but with virtually no help from the employees we got in the random turn of events. Our son basically did what Verizon could/would not do to help. Long story short, you'd better hope that you do not want your new phone to operate like the old phone. This Verizon store says "take it home and figure it out, not our problem." When the glass cover installed by the Verizon employee was done incorrectly, you'd think that the store manager would step up for a few bucks to make it right. Not so suckers. At this Verizon store, go home and figure out the "warranty process". It's not our problem. Amazingly, an employee named Marco helped me out with a new glass cover over the phone no less, with no hassle. That seems to have ended this debacle. Over all, this was literally one of the worst consumer interactions of my entire life. Please save yourself the potential irritation and go somewhere else! read more

I had t mobile for years but was giving me too many signal problems so I decided to stop at this location for verizon plans info, the person who helped me was very nice, fast and expalined every detail of the plans, so I switched went in and out in about 15 minutes with my same phone number under verizon line, by the way the signal works great compared to T mobile. read more

While they are an authorized retailer, the service is horrible. The initial salesperson was nice, but the first attempt to pick up the phone was a disaster and the second successful attempt wasn't much better. They did not disclose when I ordered the phone that they would charge a $20 device set up fee when I picked up the new phone. Even thought I had to pay the fee, I had to take the new phone home and do a complete content erase and set-up from scratch to sync with my iCloud backup. They also told me that there was no way to transfer my texts to the new phone. Wrong! It's very easy to do if you know how to Google! Never again!!! read more

Had the best experience ever, reason being Carlo's was amazing!!!!! From the very first day he was amazing . Myself and my husband threw all kind of issues at him and he handled it with the best humor ever. He was very respectful and anything that we threw at him he handled it very professional.
