    I am highly disappointed, disgusted and ashamed to have business dealings with AT&T after the interaction I had with the manager at the dysart location in Goodyear. I went in with my younger brother on his birthday because his phone broke. We head to the Goodyear location off of dysart where it took almost 20 mins to be helped. When we did get help a Hispanic man helped where I noticed him watching the basketball game on the phone in the mix of helping us which wasn't professional. My brother was asking him what he would have to do for a new where we were told that before any upgrades in his plan we would need to pay the pay due amount and pay the rest of the phone off. So we realized we'll have to move some money around to make the payment which is no problem. We leave and I get a call from my mom where she says that she received a email congratulating her on her new purchase of AT&T home protection. I was in awhhhhh and highly disappointed and taken advantage of because one we are already pass due on our account then to put icing on the cake this man decided to make his numbers at the location better by putting my family at odds. I think not! Me and my brother go back into the store after finding out the information to one let the man know who I found out goes by AB from his coworker V that we can make the payment for the past due payment and taxes on the phone. He had no interest in helping us because he was going home but before he could I confronted him about the situation where he said that he would not do that and the only thing my family had on the plan was P4 which is protection for mobile devices. I did not trust him at all so I opened my AT&T app to see the coverages on the phone plans where I screen recorded the AT&T home protection being added to all the 9 lines on the account. And it's good that I still have the screen recording because after AB left he passed the situation to I believe Veronica his coworker where she tried to make it seem like they never tried to add the service to the account. I will remember this for a long time and would more then likely recommend a tracfone before ever using a shady service like this

    Worst AT&T I've ever been to. This isn't our first bad experience there. Not enough employees to cover the volume of costumer traffic.

Hands down the best customer service I have received since being a customer for 3 years. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store, I had an appointment but checked in a little early. I love the app that shows how many people are head of you. First off, Pedro thank you for everything! I was having issues that were very frustrating and right off the bat, he listened and provided the best solution for me. He was helpful and explained everything that I would see on my upcoming bill. Pedro, I thank you for your professionalism, patience and understanding. I don't mind driving the distance when I can get great customer service.

CESAR IS THE…read moreACCOUNT REP THAT SCAMS YOU, out of money and constantly lies about changing stuff and when you need to talk to him. he just tells you he is other calls. this has been the worst experience and I'm going to post everything cesar. from the beginning. he sold us internet and cell phones and was supposed to to port us over from Verizon regular to Verizon business. he then proceed to not do the porting because he got busy. we had 3 extra lines on our account for one whole month before noticing it. Then he said he forgot and must have slipped his mind. " normally I'm the one fixing everyone mess ups" "I don't like this feeling". then he did it again. we brought it back up and we were supposed to get a refund on phone lines we didn't need. next he said he ported them over again. well guess what we still have two of our like 10-11 lines still on Verizon regular service and charging us another 175 for the two lines. while we're having to pay two different phone bills. regular not to mention is higher then business. and also. I have been through 6 modems with them, guess who has helped me with those? if you guessed cesar. then you are right. I ALMOST FORGOT, HE DIDNT WANT HIS STORE TO GET REPORTED FOR NOT GETTING THE MODEMS BACK. NOT THAT WE DIDNT HAVE NO SIGNAL FOR OUR BHSINESS LOCATED IN CHANDLER AN WE HAVE ALREADY TRANSPORTED THESE MODEMS 4 TIMES BACK AND FORTH OR ANYTHING. HE CALLED MY WKFE YELLING AT HER BECAUSE HE NEEDED THE MODEMS. NO RESPECT FOR YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS. I originally came in because my PlayStation HDMI port was damaged and other places were either charging way too much or telling me it would take several days. The team here fixed it quickly, explained everything clearly, and the price was very reasonable. My console works perfectly now. A few days later I came back with my iPad and iPhone for repairs as well. The iPad screen replacement came out flawless and the iPhone repair was done incredibly fast. Everything looked and felt like new again. They were professional, honest, and very friendly throughout the whole process. What really stood out to me was the customer service. They actually take the time to help you, answer questions, and make sure you understand what's being repaired. A lot of repair shops try to upsell unnecessary things, but these guys were straightforward and trustworthy from the beginning. Their prices are much better compared to many other places around town and the quality of the work is excellent. You can tell they care about doing a good job and keeping customers happy. If you need phone repairs, iPad repairs, HDMI port replacement, screen replacement, or any electronic repair, I highly recommend The Fix. Fast service, great prices, and professional work.     5 Stars - Mobile Kangaroo: The Most Magical, Slightly Sketchy Repair Shop Ever…read more I walked into Mobile Kangaroo fully expecting to leave with a funeral plan for my laptop. It had the kind of error that makes even Google say, "Yeah, you're screwed." The location? Let's just say I half expected to see a raccoon wearing a trench coat trying to sell me "genuine" AirPods. Then enters Jeremiah--late, but in a "divine intervention" kind of way. He didn't even touch my laptop. He just existed near it, and suddenly, it booted up like nothing had ever happened. I don't know if he's Apple-certified or just has an electromagnetic field of pure wizardry, but I do know that my laptop is working, and I didn't have to sacrifice a goat. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I bring a friend? Yes, but I'd also warn them not to make eye contact with whatever is lurking in the back alley. Five stars, one sketchy location, and an IT wizard named Jeremiah who deserves a raise (or possibly a shrine).

My battery was losing power, and Apple thought it needed to be replaced. Although Apple arranged a specific appointment for me, the single employee there looked surprised to see me and wanted to diagnose the phone. I explained I was only there for a battery swap. Unfortunately, they did not have the correct replacement battery, and the Kangaroo employee told me it would arrive in two days. Three days later, I called them. The same employee had no recollection of the order. In fact, he had not gotten around to ordering the replacement battery, which took another two days to arrive. I then took my cell phone back to Kangaroo for the battery swap. The employee said he would have it ready in an hour and a half. I returned then and took the phone with me. As soon as I got home, I noticed something rattling inside the phone, and then it kept shutting down and powering back up over and over, so I called Kangaroo. First, the same employee said he was sure everything was fine, but when I stressed that there was something significantly wrong, he had me return. During this visit, while I sat waiting for around 45 minutes, the employee discovered that the logic board had been damaged and admitted he had caused the issue. He then sent me to an Apple store. There, the Apple tech guys were puzzled by the phone damage and implored me not to take any cell phone to Kangaroo for repair. In the end, a week of my time was wasted, and I am having to go several days without a phone while Apple sends a new logic board. This has been frustrating and puzzling. While Kangaroo is listed as an "authorized Apple" service center, there was only one employee at the store I visited. He is often occupied by customers in front, then goes to the back to perform repairs. He seems overwhelmed and undertrained. I do not recommend taking your cell phone to Kangaroo Mobile. In fact, I would head to any other repair place but Kangaroo.
