Mike helped me out and troubleshooter my phone. First reset the phone and then swapped out the SIM card. Seemed to do the trick, but it actually still wasn't working well. The next day, I went back and Mike helped me talk to Verizon support and had them send me a new phone since it was less than a year old. The next day my phone arrived ($12.99 for FedEx) and I went back to see Mike so he could help me switch phones. We backed up my phone and then setup the new phone. He said I could stay as long as I needed so my phone app could download all of my apps. Mikes a great guy and helped me for hours without even making a cent off me. I paid $120 for the repair and $40 for a glass screen protector. He told me that if anything went wrong with the phone, to bring it back and he would repair it for free. We took the phone back because it stopped working. He said that he couldn't fix it because the problem was coming from "inside of the phone" and when we reminded him that he told us about the warranty he gave us the previous week, he said that he could fix it but it would be $100. When we told him that we weren't paying another $100, he reluctantly said he could repair it for $80. We ended up getting her phone replaced. Remember the $40 glass screen protector? We ended up replacing her phone and when we removed the screen protector, we discovered that it is plastic, not glass. Again, these people are CROOKS!

It all…read morestarted with me switching from AT&T to Verizon online on 2/16 I placed my order for the two day shipping est delivery date of 2/18. As I was finishing my order it states my line would port until I activated my device, well a few hrs later that evening my line got ported (no service). On the 18th my tracking had not updated and it still showed in San Francisco, CA (Shipment exception Delay beyond our control). Called Verizon customer service on the 20th the guy couldn't help me much just said to wait till after Tuesday. By that night I had already received my bill with no service and no phone. Monday, I called Verizon again to check on this status (I'm at the point I want to cancel it completely). Well unfortunately this could not be canceled until the phone got returned, the CS-Verizon agent makes me a second order (paid twice) for a curbside pick-up to Camdenton, MO so how we have to do a hour ride each way to be able to get this phone. Once I received my "ready for pickup" email I called the store to make sure the order is ready. Tessa answers and I proceed to explain my horrible situation, she immediately proceeds to take care of me, making sure my phone would be ready to be set up and with service. She even offered to meet me half way to bring my phone to me. Honestly, if it wasn't for Tessa I would be back with AT&T now. Thank you, Tessa!

He made me think that there was no charge till the first billing cycle ended resulting in a rather large bill. Then he announced that I owed tax upfront after I specifically asked what I had to pay today and he told me nothing was due. Then when I asked about a privacy screen he asked why and who I'm hiding my texts from? That's none of his business why I wanted privacy screen. I definitely didn't need the attitude like I was doing some shady stuff. I asked to cancel everything and left without the phone or contract. Fast forward to this morning when I get a call from Verizon saying I have a 200$ bill due immediately. I call Verizon and turns out he left the contract open after I asked him to cancel/void everything. Thankfully customer service understood and zeroed out my bill and canceled the plan. The call center customer service is always helpful. Store associates in this store are rude and not very helpful.
