In the past internet outage or slow service was always a problem, costs kept increasing and we had used every option available to us prior to hearing about and signing on to Wave internet. All of those past issues are no more and the time or two that we have had a question, the staff at Wave are on it and get it taken care of immediately. Charter has a reputation of crappy service here. You can not get a phone number so you can call this office location. You have to drive all the way over there, no matter where you are, so you can find out they can't help you. Subsequent to this visit the 800# told me they have plenty of M cards on hand. I stayed an extra day only to be told once again, "we don't have any".
