Poor customer service. One employee in particular. She didn't help me find the correct product I needed and also did not help install it. If she had helped she would have realized it was the wrong product. Wasted a bunch of money because of this and still don't have the product I need. After coming back and asking if there was anyway to change it or get my money back she told me I was just sol. Wow so about a month ago I came in I was ready to switch from att to Verizon. I was going to get the iPhoneX. The man I spoke with was rude and acted annoyed by my questions. He made me think that there was no charge till the first billing cycle ended resulting in a rather large bill. Then he announced that I owed tax upfront after I specifically asked what I had to pay today and he told me nothing was due. Then when I asked about a privacy screen he asked why and who I'm hiding my texts from? That's none of his business why I wanted privacy screen. I definitely didn't need the attitude like I was doing some shady stuff. I asked to cancel everything and left without the phone or contract. Fast forward to this morning when I get a call from Verizon saying I have a 200$ bill due immediately. I call Verizon and turns out he left the contract open after I asked him to cancel/void everything. Thankfully customer service understood and zeroed out my bill and canceled the plan. The call center customer service is always helpful. Store associates in this store are rude and not very helpful. read more

Only one guy working on a Sunday and have been waiting over 30 minutes to just apply my military discount to my plan. I've seen at least 8 people behind me leave because of the wait. The only reason I'm staying is because I'm next . Seriously this management sucks at assigning appropriate personnel for weekend shifts. Don't waste you time by coming here on the weekend! read more

Your website and the sign in your window said store hours from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. There were at least 3 cars waiting and one poor lady was so upset. I left and came back at 9:30 and the store was still closed. I call after and no one answered the phone until 10:10 AM. When the associate finally answered the phone she said they were so busy she could not help me. Of course they are busy!!! The store opened over hour late and inconvenienced everyone this morning. I am sure they are not worried because they are only show in town. read more

I stopped in to purchase a new phone on August 21, 2020... They did not have the phone that I wanted so they had to order it. The girl that helped us was very kind friendly and funny! My daughter called them the day it came in and was told with a big snotty attitude that it did not come in and the one that did was for an employee's relative. Which was a bold face lie because I got an email confirming it had been delivered and who signed for it. She picked it up the next day And the girl that helped her was very friendly very kind and very helpful!.... brought it home to me set it up and 12 hours later it had an issue... All it was was a black screen with a white Apple. I took it to Cameron the man told me I'd have to return it because it has a glitch so I ordered a new one from him that day. He was very kind and helpful! When my new phone came in there was only one issue I have to return The first phone that had a glitch to Kearney. So I drove 90 mi.³ to Kearney to return the phone... I told the girl I just wanted to return the phone because it has a glitch and get my money back because I had already ordered one in Cameron. Oh boy! The girl had an attitude was snotty and rude and wanted to argue argue argue argue... I have never seen anything like this before. She said I had to pay a $100 restocking fee... I don't get it I'm returning a phone that doesn't work it was an Apple issue not mine. Why am I being punished and have to pay $100 for returning a phone that has a glitch. She informed me that you're not really paying $100 you're just not getting $100 of the tax money you paid on it back if you don't get another one from us. I said that's my $100. Poor girl asked me if I had an issue with her... Oh boy you don't ask a woman in her 50s if she has an issue with you if you don't want an honest answer. I told her I didn't like her snotty disrespectful attitude nor did I care for her argumentative self righteous ways. When I was done telling this girl how I felt her reply was... Sometimes people have personality conflicts. As far as when my daughter called about picking up the first one... the sales girl said umm umm human error. This girl was not completely honest with Verizon helper she had on the phone. I wish it had been on speakerphone so I could've piped up and said exactly what was going on. NEVER AGAIN... the girl that gave my daughter attitude is the same one who signed for it and the same one who gave me attitude. Most Verizon TCC's work together? Lesson learned. read more
