I came in with my friend Sauli last night to get him and his girls phone removed from the Tmobile blacklist. Had to come back today to get my iPhone 8 Plus screen fixed. Took about an extra hour than what they quoted me but that was due to the fact I kinda also got it wet. But they got my phone completely fixed and up and running. The Apple store on the Apple store down on the plaza would touch I because of water in it. They actually have a large selection of cases and they were in the process of ordering more and letting us customers help select what colors to buy. read more

These 2 guys there have to have the best pricing and largest selection of phones in Kansas City. Everywhere me and Husband went to; they were just overpriced and wanted almost the same price for a used phone as the new one. I am just updating because we were having some issues the phone. They quickly just switch me out without no hassle. Even compt a piece of that glass screen protector for the inconvenience. I definitely will be coming back to this place. read more

I purchased four phones from these guys. They were so easy to deal with no pressure and really helped in giving differences between the phones. Throughout the process They even helped set all the accounts and passwords up making sure my phone would work properly. They even work on phones and have really great prices. Cannot comment on their repair ability, but do NOT think of purchasing a phone at this store. I purchased two phones at this store: The first one was promptly blocked by Apple for using a turbo to unlock it, and came back as financed/unpaid balance. The second was also financed/unpaid balanced and came back stolen after a few weeks of use. Will be staying far away from this store. read more
