AT&T Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Greenacres, Florida

Trading in my iPhone 256gb. They gave me a 128. I didn't realize till I had no memory left. Went back and they couldn't return it without the box. Drive 30 miles back and forth to get the box. Horrible service, how does this store not leave someone that knows what they are doing?! At least one person that is experienced? I am not able to call certain people/companies and I walk in here in hopes to get this fixed and I find myself with Alejandra and Jose and they can't help me, refer me to get help online or go to a corporate AT&T? I've never had this issue in the 20 plus years I've been with AT&T and had a business account. I am beyond annoyed that she "soft reboots" my phone, literally turns it off and on (like I didn't try this already) and says to try it now? And then after telling me to go online gets a call and leaves me there just standing there, horrible customer service- young kids shouldn't be left alone to run an AT&T business, specially have 2 inexperienced reps to say the least. read more

This location really cares about their customers! It really shows when every customer in the store was in such a good mode and laughing with each other and all the credit goes to the team in the store who created such a good and friendly atmosphere for all of us. I walked in to pay my wireless bill, they saved my the bill payment fee by telling to use my card and also saved me $5 monthly by telling me about enrolling in autopay. They also save me $75 per month on my TV & Internet services at home, win win situation and a great all around experience, highly recommended! Thank you! read more

Probably the worst AT&T store I've ever been in. They don't even have any phones on display.

Wow, where do I even begin? My husband and I entered this store on Forest Hill & Jog at around 4:15 PM on January 24, 2021 and we encountered the rudest, most miserable woman on the planet. First, she didn't even acknowledge when we walked into the store, then when we said hi FIRST she looked up and asked us, "What do you need?" We kindly replied with, "New iPhones" she angrily said, "which?" and by then it was clear to me she wasn't in the mood to make a sale, so we left. Management you should check your cameras because she flipped us off as we walked out. I wouldn't recommend this AT&T store to my worst enemy. We ended up going to another location with nicer people who actually treated us like human beings. It's unfortunate I didn't catch this miserable woman's name but management if you are this: She was there at 4:15 PM on Sunday 1/24/21. I am still beside myself with how terrible and rude she was. I've never encountered a supposed sales associate as obnoxious and condescending as her. The absolute worst. read more

I was in & out of this store at the outlets with my new iPhone XR in less than 30 minutes & they transferred all of my phone information, pictures, & everything for me! I am literally on the verge of tears and I feel like a complete idiot for not knowing the difference between an Authorized Retailer and a Corporate Location. Almost three weeks ago, I came here and was told that I could get a BOGO if I signed up as a Business Owner and that my bill would be $165. The offer was too good to be true, so I signed up. There were some issues getting my mom's phone since she's located elsewhere but I went in today to get them both activated. I continuously asked for a statement/contract and was told on numerous occasions that what they'd written down was actually my final bill. My friend who actually works for AT&T told me that was fishy and tried to assist with the matter. The associate, Matt, claimed that if he was wrong, that his supervisor, Mike, would pay for both of my phones. Feeling uneasy, I let them activate via telephone my mom's phone and proceeded towards a Corporate Location. There, I spoke with a manager who explained that my bill was actually going to be on or about $200+. I was shocked and saddened. I was so excited to go fro Verizon back to AT&T but now I wish I would have never done this. They printed out my projected bill/contract and I was shocked. They informed me that any location could provide a customer with that information - I thought, why didn't they share this with me? I thanked them and proceeded back to the Authorized Retailer to discuss issues with billing. I had a written paper with a quote of $150, another with $165, an actual print out of $63 or $68, and a print out from corporate showing $180 FOR JUST ONE LINE. I waited patiently until Matt was free and then I proceeded to ask him why I was receiving information from a corporate office that my bill was actually higher than what he quoted me. This was now my 2nd encounter with him today; earlier he was irritable and confrontational. To the point my friend asked him to not be so hostile. His other three co-workers were there during the earlier part of the afternoon and all seemed "hush hush" when we would ask specific questions. This time around he was very abrasive. I simply wanted a printout of what my "contract" was with him. He told me that I had to take his word for it and that he would write it over and over and over again but that he could not print it out. I proceeded to tell him that I was informed by AT&T Headquarters that he could in fact print it out for me and he told me that I didn't understand what systems he had and that his systems were different than all the other locations. He then yelled at me in front of 12 other individuals - YOU CAN EITHER KEEP THE PHONES AND TAKE MY WORD FOR IT OR YOU CAN RETURN THEN PHONES AND GET OUT OF HERE. I told him, I simply want a copy of my agreement with you and he yelled - GO, GET OUT OF HERE. GO TO UPS AND RETURN THE PHONES BUT I'M NOT HELPING YOU. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT OR GET OUT. I have never been treated so poorly a day in my life. I don't understand why I couldn't be provided with my agreement. Now I'm faced with a potential bill that I cannot afford simply because this retailer entered in an agreement with me and then entered something differently in their database. read more

Worst experience of my life. I have worked for a corporate store and when my friend told me that she went to an authorized retailer I was scared for her. I decided to come along with her. The sales rep ended up putting her under a business account that technically didn't even give her a discount and the regular account she would have because she is military. The sales rep told her that the promotion would have been a buy one get one (BOGO) but that was a lie. He expected her to come back after two months because that's when he said the credits would of kicked in and it would of been too late. The sales rep started getting hostile with me. Told me that I didn't know what I was talking about (when I was clearly on the phone with a corporate manager). I feel sad that this authorize retailer is giving a bad name to AT&T because they're pushing their customers away. I love AT&T but would never recommend anyone to this store or the sales rep Matthew ever again. Need help, go to the Boynton Store on congress, the staff and management there will take care of you like you are family. Update- we went back to that store to see what could be done and my friend asked him "why the corporate store gave me a different price than what we had established. I don't understand how it can be over 150$ than what we had discussed?" He said "all I can do is give you my word and if my system doesn't want to print out the full CSS that's not my fault." I stated "we just want a print out of what she is expected to pay" he said "well if you can't take my word for it you can return the phones because I don't have time to argue over this" we stated that we weren't trying to argue we just wanted to know why he said one thing and corporate was able to give us a print out of what everything was. And we wanted a print out of what he was telling us. He said "I can write it down for you." We didn't want a written statement. We wanted a physical contract that showed what she was agreeing to. He yelled at me and told me that he was talking to the customer not me"I told him I was with her and I was a customer "you can either take my word or return the phone. Now get out" we have never been treated like this and were appalled that someone from a company like this could treat our customers so poorly. **This has nothing to do with corporate AT&T but just the authorized retailer that bought this AT&T store by the name of Prime communications-greenacres. read more

I am a senior citizen on the goPhone plan. I recently obtained a new phone and went to this store to have it activated. Azad, the manager, waited on me and could not have been more helpful or congenial. The phone developed problems that were beyond my ability to solve and went back to the store. Azad corrected the problems and explained in terms that I could understand what had occurred. Several staff members were waiting on other customers and it was obvious that the store culture was service with a smile. A couple of years ago I visited another AT&T store in a nearby community and I felt I was just a number since I wasn't buying a new iPhone or spending a lot of money.
