    These people are completely incompetent. Avoid like the plague.     I went in to get a quote for fixing my broken screen on my iPhone 7 plus. I was given a price of…read more$179. I told him that I was going across the hall to find out my buy-out for my phone at US Cellular to see if it made sense to spend money to fix my screen. The other employee was waiting in the hall for me to come out of US Cellular and told me they could fix it for $150 they were going to give me a "deal". I had them fix it, only to then have my phone not work. I could no longer hear out of the "ear speaker". I went back the next day and he said he was going to order a part they didn't have it in stock, which lead me to believe that this happens often and that they could fix it. I was told to come back in 2 days. I went back in 2 days, now the story was 1 in 70 iPhones the speaker sensor will break if the screen is changed. Now, that is not what they told me 2 days prior. I was then told he would take my $150 and put it towards a new phone from Apple and whatever the difference would be I would only need to pay half, and don't be worried he told me because he could get a deal. Might I add that he stated that he would need my phone for 24 hours to switch it over. I needed a few days to figure out what to do. Today I went back into the store and requested a full refund. I was then told by one employee who had "the owner" on the phone that my only option is to get a new phone through him. My main issue is that the customer is not warned that if their phone is taken apart to fix the screen that the sensor may break and that they would need a new phone. Nor did the people at your store, which they claim they just found out with my phone. A customer should have the correct information to make a decision to have the screen fixed and possibly be able to hear from the phone or live with a broken screen which the phone is still functional. Tonight the "owner" was not in the store, the person working in the store said he was out to dinner with his family for his mother's birthday and he would come talk to me at the store I was working in. I walked down the hall in the mall and guess who was hanging out with other mall employees......."the owner". He ignored me and went behind a kiosk. I then walked passed the employee that was in the store and he was looking down at the "owner" and I informed him how terrible and unprofessional their customer service is and they themselves. "The owner" has yet to resolve this issue. These guys lie just to make a buck, don't trust them. They do not know what they are doing. I have sent emails to the head Dr. Repair company they do not respond either. I am a mall employee and I cannot even imagine that the owner and another employee would treat customers this way! DO NOT take your phone here to be fixed! Look at their Facebook paged, many customer complaints.

    Shame on this location because on my last visit I brought my watch in for a battery replacement…read morelike I always do and my watch works as good as new. This was years ago and on that visit I left with a non working watch which surprised me because a battery replacement always brought it back to life. The guy who helped me came back after a few minutes and informed me that after two good batteries were tried the watch is basically junk because a new battery didn't make my watch function anymore. Well I threw it in my junk drawer and forgot about for years after buying a replacement watch, fast forward years later and my atomic watch which doesn't have a battery actually stopped working. Before I replaced my current watch I remember my old watch and thought how about a second opinion and I went to the Hales Coroners location and after 5 minutes the guy handed me my supposed junk watch working perfectly with a new battery, WTF BS is going on at this location and why would you completely lie to a customer or maybe he thought he could get my watch thinking just throw it away for me if it's junk. I'm completely on the fence about ever using this company again and just going to a jewelry store like I have done in the past. This is seriously a stain on the batteries plus brand and shame on them.

He checked the battery and gave me reasonable advice that helped me make a sound decision. I ended up replacing and the install was quick and easy. My only wish is that they honored online pricing discounts in store.

Find a corporate store, they have more info and a better ability to help you. I'm quite sure all the other stores just have salesman that work on commissions and they will rip you off. The "Not good" rating is far from accurate. It should be HORRIBLE or criminal.

Anyways, we get our cell service from AT&T due to the meager discount we get from my wife's workplace and we specifically came to this location due to the stellar service we got from the employees a couple years back. This time that was not the case. It did start out well, however. A lady greeted us at the door on a busy Saturday and when we told her we were interested in buying some new phones. She explained that we could make an appointment for a couple hours later. We gladly set a time, did some shopping, came back and we were with a salesperson in about seven minutes. Not bad and definitely better than sitting around with a one year old waiting for a salesperson. But that's where my experience started to turn. My wife was set on the iPhone 5s, but I was trying to decide whether to go with the iPhone 5s or one of the newer Samsung Galaxy phones. I spent hours at home studying the differences between both phones and I still had questions. Not a big deal, the last time I had a ton of questions since the 4s was my first iPhone and the salesman was happy to answer my questions. So my wife orders her iPhone and tells our salesman Berto that I have some questions. He couldn't answer one of my six simple questions which ranged anywhere from the technical specifics of the phone to what accessories where included with either phone. I was waiting for "I'm sorry, this is my first day", but all I got was "I don't know" followed by an eye roll. I'm not asking questions questions about a Motorolla Sh*tbox you get for free with a two year contract. I was asking questions of the difference between the highest priced iphone compared to the highest priced Galaxy and I got nothing. It was so bad that my wife wanted to buy Otterbox cases from them and I couldn't stand giving Berto an extra $100 in commission so I made her buy them across the street at Best Buy instead. I'm definitely going down the street next time.
