I dropped my phone while trying to get a bike to sit properly on the bike rack (at 10 pm) and cracked the screen. It wasn't just a small crack either - it started in the corner and went all the way down and across my screen. I took my phone here since he was able to get me in fairly quick and I wouldn't have to wait a few days for a part to arrive. The repair was done at the time he said it would be which is great however the screen protector he put on for me is not one that's meant for my phone and doesn't completely cover the screen. Don't waist your time, got my back glass fix and a new case and the new back glass after two days of being repaired it cracked.

"Don't fix it unless you can get it to its original, working state". Thats what I said to them, more than once and again before I left. I told them I had insurance, but I was there from out of town and just wanted to see if it could be repaired. it had gotten ran over. I was assured it could be fixed, back to original. I was quoted a price, agreed and left. Upon returning, glass was repaired but phone still did not work and final charge was more than I was quoted when I left. They should have stopped at 1 piece of glass when they saw damages they could not fix! But NO! They continued to fix the other glass and whatever else because the bill was a lot higher than I was quoted! I have no doubt they know what they are doing there, but they know enough to know it was unrepairable when they got into it!! I asked them not to do this and they did anyway! I had to pay for repairs twice! And the 2nd time was cheaper than the 1st! I feel they took advantage of me because I was from out of town! I DONT APPRECIATE THAT, AT ALL, NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT! Where I live, if they can't fix it, YOU DONT PAY!!! I would have gladly paid for repairs to that point! But, don't tell me you can fix it if you can't! Update. Iphone 7 plus stopped working and digitizer randomly stopped working so touchscreen doesent work. After multiple attempts I no longer will trust pit stop fix to fix any more of my stuff read more
