    Well it's been about a month since this incident happened. Nonetheless, The store manager Marshall still hasn't reached out to resolve the issue, but I get it ego plays a big role in this matter moving forward. ATT regional and area managers have done very little to investigate and keep up to date reviews about what's going on at this store. I'd hate for other existing loyal customers to continue to waste their time and hard earned money on terrible customer service. Do y'all need my cell phone number to reach out? An email perhaps? I'm more than willing to dish out this info and resolve the issue. As it comes to mind I can't get a return on my time wasted at your store, but we can have a discussion with higher ups about where you stand and how you handle customer interactions.. Let us know when you're ready, I'd imagine you're very busy handling multiple tasks at one time. Marshall, I seen you responding to 5 star reviews, why don't you respond to mine? I was just in your store 30 days ago you got 5 star reviews 20 days ago and responding, what's up with that? Would everyone like to see the receipt of my bill when I PAID IN FULL for a brand new iPhone 11Pro at ANOTHER store because I was "shushed away" to the store on I45 and west rd? Very well......

    Wait time is horrible. List goes on and on and people leave and leave I helped and mad.

    Just left Att at Willowbrook. Excellent customer service from Jeremy from the beginning until I walked out the door .

    I have an issue with Verizon charging me for equipment that i have not and don't use. Then when I approached the associate again trying to see what the ETA was, Chris was rude and seemingly got more and more defensive as the conversation went on, which I thought was so rude. Terrible customer service and did not do anything to de-escalate my feelings of worry at all, but rather, just made me more upset. We finally sat down with someone after waiting an hour...which, mind you, our quoted wait time was 30-45 minutes, but Chris was trying to tell us that our wait time was one hour... Couldn't believe the rude customer service, as I have been with Verizon since day one, when cell phones just became a thing and were new to the scene...I had a brief lapse of judgement when I went with Sprint in college, but reverted right back to Verizon, but I am deeply considering switching carriers after the horrible service and constant issues with dropped calls, etc. Don't go to this location, as you will not be treated with respect here.

Boy was I wrong today, on a Monday, the gentleman greeted 3 customers in a row and got all of our names and promised to get us taken care of shortly. He invited us to have a seat and our name will be called. I sat down and swear 1 minute later I was called. Quick scan of equipment, the clerk inquired of whether they spoke to me about wireless. I said yes and not yet. He said fine and gave me my receipt and sent me on my way. This makes me want to consider switching to them because of this experience. Blown away! And I am a former manager for a wireless company, compliments are earned in this business and I am awarding one to Xfinity today!

Was it perhaps me returning my equipment? I'm done with Xfinity. I no longer want to participate with a company that hides behind automated, canned messages. They are in it to take your money and not provide personalized assistance. It's very rare that you get to talk to anyone there nowadays, including their store. I am happy to spread the wealth and give my money to a company that provides worthwhile services, a company that is personable to their clientele. Xfinity is not that company...so much for Diamond Status.
