It is important to acknowledge that Nichole did not discredit the improper language nor the attitude that her customer received, alluding to its validity. Nevertheless, my experience does not need additional external validation, as my family can attest to our in-person treatment, and friends who joined me during our calls can support my claims about receiving a defensive attitude. If Nichole would like, the people I mentioned can absolutely write additional reviews about this experience and expose what truthfully goes on at the "Fix" Zone. Furthermore, the only thing contested in this reply was the service and communication with and by Nichole. We both understand that my family and I were never granted permission to touch the phone once it was in the Fix Zone's possession, and especially not to "[leave] with the phone". I went to FixZone at Spring Cypress/290 near Home Depot but right next door to Imperial Chinese My iPhone 14 was completely dead - no response- black screen of death- no vibration when plugging into a charger dead!! For $30 Nichole diagnosed whether she would be able to repair it. If so, then the fee would be credited towards the repair. She took the time to try an aftermarket screen (less expensive) to see if it would work. Sadly it did not, but it was no problem for her to try the "official" screen. I was SO happy to see my phone turn on!!! It looks like even though it was in a protective case, the screen developed a smal separation from the phone that alowed moisture to get in. When I walked into the shop I was already very upset from an awful customer service experience from a different business and it could easily be seen on my face and in my own terse voice. But, Nichole stayed calm and professional. I was told it may take a business day to diagnose the problem, which I found very reasonable. I had other errands to run and while I was doing those I received a call from her telling me that she found the problem and I could either get the new part from her, or I could go to any of a 100 different places to get it. Needless to say, with this kind of service I bought the part from her. Within two-hours of walking in the store, I was walking out with my laptop; hard to beat that.
