This is not for the store specifically as I am unabe to locate where I can locate when solicitors come knocking at your door. Beware!!! They come telling lies and will say whatever you need to hear for their benefit. They still haven't paid my previous carrier. I did find out the solicitors are not directly affiliated with AT&T. My bill is higher than before (where the lies came in). If you do consider switching, hold on to your old devices as long as possible cause that is how the lock in the switch. Don't be me and regret everyday trying to save money! Its hard to see reviews and not know whether to believe them cause things are soundind good at the time. What a horrible experience at the AT&T store, 2701 N Beltline Road. Management just did not have experience to deal with why my phone could not to be activated. First day, was a Friday, no fix same issue. 2nd day, Saturday the same thing. Sunday the 3rd day, when I went in. The Manager would not even pull me up on his laptop said there was nothing to do till Monday. I argued with him. Eventually, I left because he does not like problems he cannot handle. (All that was needed "Was for a QR Code to be entered into the system under my account"). Seriously do not know what going on in that store. read more

I just purchased the iPhone 14 pro max from this store. With accessories, I spent about $1500. I was there two hours on Sunday and unable to complete the phone transfer. Went back Monday and spent two more hours waiting for assistance. Finally asked the manager, Alejandro, to help since he was standing there, doing nothing. He did not know how to connect my earbuds to my phone, and he is supposedly a manager. I was unable to get any help while I was there. There are several features on the phone I do not know how to use. I just wanted a few minutes for someone to explain the new features to me. The wait is too long at this store, some of the personnel are unqualified, untrained, impatient and rude. I recommend you find another store! read more

Called for a specific device they informed me they had only one in stock and said they weren't allowed to hold it. I hurried to the location and my name was placed on a waitlist to be assisted by an associate. Waited over 20 minutes and was next on the waitlist when an associate took a guy that had recently walked in before assisting myself and others who had been on the waitlist. Very rude. Horrible customer service. I walked out after that. I would rather give my business to someone who values their customers. read more

I have had to come in here multiple times for various reasons within the past year. Not once has there been any issue with customer service. Everyone has been friendly, helpful, and fast. There is one dude named Arni who is particularly the man. I just felt like this place could use a boost in reviews. I called over the phone to get new service to the 1800 number but the person that help me did not do what they were supposed todo. I had a new phone that I received by mail, but I was not able to use, they put a passcode that wasn't given to me. I was unable to activate my phone I wanted to keep my old phone number that I had for abut 15 years. If it would of been for Carl Clewis. I would of lost my phone number. We made an appointment yesterday to discuss our bill and phone options somehow our bill is up $100 which has never happened the women in the store was unfriendly and just kept saying well you went over your minutes call customer service we were trying to understand why and my husband said look our bill has always been this much she says like I said you went over your minutes. Then we tried to talk about our plan options and she just kept searching her IPAD like she didn't know what she was doing. She was very unfriendly so I said I am not feeling this and got up she didn't say anything like sorry I can help nothing just a dirty look. I came into this store on yesterday, because I placed an online order for a phone. When I got there, the rep., said it hadn't came through to their system, so I was like okaaaay. After sitting there for over an hour, a guy came up to me and said oh, it's not going to be in our system because we just did an upgrade . Then went on to say, we can run your credit here and get you a new phone (sounded like a commission scheme to me). I told him, I'd call sales. As I was on the phone with sales, this chick came over to assist me, she asked for my social and when I asked why, she said it was to pull up my account. Comes to find out the bish ran my damn credit AGAIN!!! The guy who I was on the phone told me, that it just added another hard inquiry to my credit report and now in their system, it looks like fraud, so it would make me pay a $500 deposit. I will NEVER EVER step foot in that mofo again! Everyone should be fired. read more

Don't trust any salesman or manager here. As a senior manager from another utility that has dealt with customers, customer service & the PUC, I've never had such unethical, unprofessional service. I upgraded from my iPhone 8+ to an iPhone 12 on 12-14-20. The battery drained in less than a day with minimal use. I tried exchanging within the 14 day window, 12-26-20, only to be told by their salesman, Tobit & their manager that exchanges can't be done even within a 14 day window. The salesman, Tobit & the mgr, Rod said only Best Buy or the Apple Store could handle the exchange. I stood in a long line @ Best Buy & their manager along w/the Geek Squad management said AT&T should return the phone because it's within the 14 day window. I return to the AT&T store again to be told that I can only upgrade, not return by Rod, mgr. He said I need to go to the Apple store in Southlake & that the Geek Squad do not know what they are talking about. I'm already 2.5 hours into this ordeal. I asked how much for an upgrade to the 12pro and he said that would mess up my rebate on the 8+ that I used. So, right when I am about to leave he said that he would exchange my phone, but this could only be done once & he didn't have my color of red but a blue one. This is a long complaint....hold with me. I agree to exchange! It takes another 45 minutes to process. When I get home and look in my Setttings: General and About regarding my warranty/purchase date, this phone shows it was purchased on 12/5/20. The exchange was done on 12/26/20 & my original phone purchase was 12/14/20. I believe they gave me someone else's returned phone! The only way to handle this escalation is through ATT escalation, Loyalty Department. The bottom line is I'm 62. They feel like they can scam me because I do not look like I know how to escalate and they are wrong! I am filing a complaint with the BBB, Google review complaint, etc. The manager can't explain why my phone now shows incorrect, purchase date of 12/5/20. I do have my receipt. Everything was going great until i was offered a product and deal that is no longer valid. I came in bought two phones and was offered a watch. They were kut of stock when i said yes. Then i was told i could pick it up at another store only to find out they were out of stock as well. I called a few more stores and no luck. I then called back the store that i originally went to and they said they could help me find one or order one. When i came it they said that the promotion was no longer available and expired on the 2nd. Why would you still have the promotion in your store, make the offer, and send me to another store if the deal has expired 14 days ago? read more

Be wary of this store, folks. Our daughter took a backup phone into the store on May 21 to be turned on after her toddler threw her iphone 6 in the toilet. Her cell line is a GRANDFATHERED UNLIMITED DATA line. The ATT consultant who helped her assured her he was only turning the phone on and nothing would change on the account. I got the bill, and SURPRISE, he'd CANCELLED our grandfathered unlimited data and switched her to the 3GB plan! Called "611", ATT's customer service, who assured me (after lengthy periods on hold and lots of consultations with her supervisor) that they will work to return us to unlimited data--but it may take a MONTH for them to do it... Also, ironically, the 3GB plan doesn't qualify for my husband's corporate discount--so we are paying MORE for 3GB then we were for unlimited data). Can't believe a thing so simple became so very complicated--and what happens when people don't check their billing statement immediately? I was just blessed I happened to go through it thoroughly this month. Bottom line, approach this store with caution, and remember to check your statement thoroughly if you do business here. read more
