Worst experience imaginable!! Mateo needs a customer service retraining very badly. Matter of fact they need to shut down the whole location and make everyone complete a retraining. The manager Ana is useless she stayed in the back seeing that this kid was struggling then she came out sat down and got on the phone to make a personal call. The other guy also saw the kid struggling dnd that we were getting annoyed with his inability to explain to us properly what we needed but I guess the baseball game was way more important. We asked a question and the manager couldn't answer so she chose to say she refuse to help and would be calling the cops. Thankfully the dhole interaction was recorded so I'm definitely sending it to corporate. This place gave me a migraine I went back to Tmobile. If this is how AT&T demonstrates their service to customer yea I'll pay elsewhere to not deal with it. Worse location ever!! read more

Seriously disappointed. Bought an iPhone 12 pro 24 months ago. I bought for it a $40 protective screen "Bodyguardz" that came with a lifetime warranty. If the screen breaks AT&T will replace it at no charge with the exception of an installation fee. I've had it replaced twice over two years and recently broke a third one. AT&T will no longer honor the warranty because they no longer stock the particular item that they sold me with a lifetime warranty. They suggested I contact the manufacturer of the protective screen directly which I tried to do, only getting a recording that told me I needed to send back my damaged protective screen within 60 days of purchase. A company like AT&T should not be promoting a lifetime warranty on any product if they are not going to honor and or service the product for its lifetime. read more

I just pulled up my credit report to find a hard inquiry knocking my credit score down when I'm attempting to obtain a loan and WHEN I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THOSE MF SOB NOT TO RUN MY CREDIT!!!!! Very upset with this place. I just called five minutes ago and spoke to Ricky. He said he has 2 iPhone XS Max in stock in black. I just got here and go through all the information with him, he tries to upgrade me to buy 2 phones for his promotion and then when I said I don't need 2 phones, he waits about 30 seconds and tells me I would have to order the iPhone XS Max for you. I recently took advantage of the Samsung note 20 promo. I wanted a certain color that the store didn't have in stock so i placed the order online. The phone was delivered promptly but did not include instructions on how to mail back the old phone. I called AT&T and spoke to different reps but still didn't get clear instructions on what to do. I was then transferred the "trade-in dept" and then told they didn't process the promo correctly and told to go to an AT&T store for help. I was concerned because I didn't want to have a problem and end up paying full price for a $1000 phone when it was supposed to be free with a trade in. So I went to the AT&T store in Islandia and was greeted by "DAVID CAPERA.' I explained what happened and he told us that they don't handle online orders but he still proceeded to help us with the problem. His manager 'BRENT HERTZ" heard what had happened and also came over to assist us. They were able to help us take care of the trade in situation and it was processed right away. David & Brent were extremely helpful. You can see they care about helping their customers. I am also in sales and I have to say David is a true professional. He is respectful and courteous. I will definitely refer all my friends and family to see David for their next phone. Thank you David & Brent!!! read more

I haven't been into the store half of this place, but I think something needs to be said about the Device Support Center. I received the rudest service I've ever had anywhere at this store. An employee named Chris, who said he was the manager, insulted (directly) myself and another customer in the store, and was very difficult when we asked for the name and number of his supervisor. After giving a series of sarcastic answers to the woman waiting before me, she asked "Why can't you give me a straight answer?" and he answered "Why can't you be smarter?" I don't know how he got to be manager there, but it's unacceptable that he treats paying customers that way. Furthermore, he refused to replace my broken, under-warranty phone, claiming it was the company policy, but when I called the customer service phone number, they helped me right away and said the information I was given at this store was wrong. The bottom line: since this is the only warranty and device support center in the area, you're better off using the AT&T customer service phone number. The people here will be unhelpful, and their manager is a verbally-abusive brute. read more

Ok so they open at 10am well it's 10:30 and they will not open the door because only one person decided to show up for work. So now I cannot get any assistance because someone didn't want to come to work today. And the other person who did show up is getting paid to sit and do nothing since he cannot open the store. It's a shame the monopoly these cellular carries have and how we are just subject to the whims of its employees. Absolutely unacceptable! I came in wanting to make a quick purchase of a phone case and waited at the counter for 10 minutes with no one saying anything to me. When I finally saw the manager to let her know I was ready to check out she was extremely rude and told me there was no one available to take two minutes to ring me up. I would not ever go to this store. Incredibly indifferent to customers. I came in with my husband to turn on my phone. I have been an AT&T business and individual customer for 8 years and I have NEVER experienced this type of lack of customer service! We sat here for over thirty mins and the one person working the floor was speaking Spanish to his customer and never acknowledged us, did not help us and didn't even look in our direction until I asked him if he was the only line working the floor. I am FLABBERGASTED at the way we were handled. We have spent thousands of dollars over the years with this company and we are now considering Verizon. I had an amazing experience at the device support center portion of this store. My husband and I were having a terrible day - one of the many things that went wrong on this horrible day was I dropped his Samsung Galaxy S4 and the screen shattered. The phone would not turn on. We went here expecting to spend $200 on a phone...and we couldn't have been more wrong. Tiffany helped us out, and boy was she wonderful. She was so sweet, understanding, and helped us out by replacing our phone free of charge. We recently switched from Verizon Wireless to AT&T. We are very glad that we did. Nothing like this ever happened with Verizon. We know that this isn't a normal practice, but since stuff like this never happens to us, we felt really appreciative. read more

There jerks and are liars went for an IPhone X and was told they had them until I wasn't paying off my phone and was just eligible for a trade in upgrade then it wasn't available only by ordering it. Awful... deceptive sales practices at best!! I was on vacation, had some extra time so decided to upgrade my Iphone.. was offered a promotional $99 ipad with my upgrade.. decided to go for it. Now 2 months later I notice an extra phone line on my AT&T wireless bill. Hmm.. NEVER once did the salesman disclose to me that I was purchasing a 4G capable ipad that has it's own #, 2 year contract and a monthly bill!! Who needs that anyway, with personal hotspot around!! AT&T will not refund me or allow me to cancel the contract without $150 fee because they state I signed the contract. Who reads the contract they sign on the salesman Ipad anyway!! Disgrace! read more
