My experience here was nothing short of terrible for replacement of my broken screen. The people were friendly but clearly lacking knowledge, experience, diligence in handling customer needs in a timely manner and reliability in providing needed materials. I was here in total 5 times for one issue, my broken screen. All of that for my "replaced" screen which was claimed to be a factory screen, to break three days later. In "fixing" my phone, they ordered the wrong screen, forgot to or improperly reinstalled the earpiece, forgot to call to let me know the screen came in, left a note on door saying they'd be back in 20 minutes and I had to come back and more! Finally, the screen was replaced after they swore it was a factory/manufacturer replacement which obviously it wasn't after breaking 3 days later. Even if dropped lightly, there is NO screen that should break if indeed legit. I've had my phone 5+ years and dropped a ton and it didn't break until it fell real hard. So, for a screen to break after 3 days, that's ridiculous. I called to express my concern and they didn't offer a refund or replacement until i asked and then proceeded to say they would call back and they never did. At this point, i took matters into my own hands and have a new phone. DO NOT waste $160 on a new screen or support this business. Never again. I am disappointed - to say the least.​ read more

My experience was top notch. I brought my son's broken laptop there for my son who works like five jobs and goes to school. It ended up being too much to fix given the age and value of the laptop, but this business gave time and attention with integrity. I took a few days to think about sending this review and decided it is necessary. Two stars because one star is minimum and the second because the repair was OK, albeit extremely expensive. (nothing special about the repair, plenty of other places would do as well) The tech did the repair while I waited. I was watching a TV on the wall, which seemed to be airing a very pro Project 2025 story, extolling its virtues. Objectively, Project 2025 has to be the most dangerous plan to destroy democracy in the history of the US. At this point, the narrator was explaining how the US would take the lead of EV car manufacturing from China. The guy repairing my phone said "we" should just bomb them. I looked over at him and he said that we should just drop bombs on all the Chinese EV factories. I said it would be an extremely stupid thing to do. He muttered something about how China leads in too many technological areas. I didn't say anything else. He finished fixing the phone, charged an exorbitant rate, and I prepared to leave. I had noticed the rock on his counter with bible scripture written on it. As I left he said "god bless". If I wanted to waste any more breath on him I would have asked if this god would also bless the many innocent Chinese civilians that he wanted to drop bombs on and kill. The extremely high price of the repair was enough to make me not want to return, but his callus, reprehensible, and cavalier attitude towards killing innocent people as a business strategy, made me not only not want to return, but to advise others to stay away. . read more

I went to this store to repair my sons phone and mine. His was badly damaged but was still working. When I got it back it said SIM cards not working. The employee told me not a problem have him reset phone. He did and it did not work. I called and tried to get answers from this employee and she would not help me. She hung up on me and told me I was wrong. I called the next day and got the same answer. I asked for the owner name (it is a franchise) and she said no one owns it! All I wanted was the SIM card repaired for free or money back for the damage, I got neither. I called corporate and I am waiting to hear from the owner. It's bad enough that the phone was damaged, but the rudeness and lying from Reep (I finally got her name after asking multiple times). I always try and support small businesses, unfortunately this is one I cannot support. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Brought my phone here because it wouldn't turn on. She said it would cost 300 DOLLARS to fix it. She said to come back for it before 7 to pick it up. I get there at 6:50 and they were closed! I come the next day and pick up my phone. One week later, my phone stops working again. I go to apple and they say the woman broke my USB port and there's nothing they can do. The phone is unfixable so now I have to pay 400 dollars for a new phone. This place is a ripoff. read more

I decided to give this company a try using a Groupon and it was a terrible experience. The aftermarket glass is very low quality. The colors were dulled and the phone's responsiveness decreased. Less than 30 days after, the screen cracked again. No drop. No impact. When I went back to the store they said the 6 month warranty was voided because the glass cracked and there is no way I can prove the crack was due to a manufacturers defect. Lesson learned. Pay the premium and let Apple do the repair. read more

He tried to have them fix their faulty screen to be told the guy was no longer there and the woman would call him with a price to fix the screen. To start off they have a sign in the window saying mask required, but in both of my visits the employee working was not wearing a mask. I went here because I shattered my phone screen. The aftermarket screen I received as a replacement has been giving me nothing but problems with poor touch response and not having any access or use of FaceID. When I brought it back, they replaced the screen again but argued with me that all of the issues I was having were due to my phone and not anything they did, and refused to help at all. They argued that the problem I was having with the FaceID was an issue in the motherboard, but I know that it's a front flex cable that was broken while the screens were being swapped. My phone worked perfectly fine before I brought it there, and now I am out of hundreds of dollars and have to spend hundreds more to fix it again. I would leave zero stars if I could. read more

Worst place ever. Do not go here. I had my iPhone 11 Pro Max fixed here two months ago. Following, I placed a warranty, & purchased a screen protector & a case from the shop to further insure my phone would not break again. Two months later, the bottom of my screen started to come off causing the phone to not respond to when you would touch it, making it unusuable... There was no crack on the phone, and I kept the case on the entirety of the two months since I got it fixed, so I was assuming something was wrong in the way they fixed my screen to cause it to come off because I have gotten countless phones fixed in the past without this problem ever occurring. After going to the shop, I was met with rudeness as soon as I showed the lady my phone, no help, no willingness to help, and only thing the lady kept telling me was the $400+ dollar bill I would have to pay again, and that they never did any warranty, or would help with any discounts. It was like pulling teeth to even get the lady to look for my account. After going and trusting them with my phone, not doing a good job on the screen, and then trying to make me pay full price again after messing up the screen has led to a horrible experience here, and I wouldn't recommend going to anyone. I have never taken the time out of my day to write a review, but high prices, bad service, and unwillingness to help customers is disappointing. Do yourself the favor of NEVER going here! read more

I unintentionally rode over iPhone 5s with my 850 pound Harley. If it weren't for the Otter Box it would have been completely destroyed. As it was though, the screen was shattered. Thought I'd have to purchase a whole new phone (it's months til I'm eligible for an upgrade). Using Yelp, I found I Fix Screens and they were great! For $129 my phone looks better than ever! It was $20 extra for tempered glass but worth it. The franchise owner was very helpful and friendly. In 10 minutes my phone was fixed! He even helped me with a few accessories. Heard good things about this place when recommended to me, however when I showed up at 10:30 the place was still closed up (although they open at 10:00). Once the girl opened up the store, she gave me a price of $89 to replace screen, however the posted price on Apple Maps for an iPhone 6 screen replacement was $77. Finally, when I asked what would be different with a new screen she couldn't seem to give me a straight answer, other than it's not an authentic apple screen and she thinks it might not be as bright. Went and got my iphone 8 screen repaired, within the next few days my screen was flickering at the bottom. A few days after that I sadly dropped my phone, Even with some minor proof that it was flashing before I dropped it they refused to acknowledge it or even look at my phone. An employ looked at my phone which was encased entirely except for the screen and home button in my case and said yeah that damage is the only cause. Online support informed me that if the phone is damaged in any way regardless of if it has anything to do with the issue your warranty is void. they even told me that I could come in and if it was a defective product they would give me a discount, Needless to say after they gave me a defective product, a rude employee not even bothering to look at anything and a policy that can quite literally have warranties void if instantly if your phone had unrelated damage before hand that you cant prove was there, i don't think ill be heading back here for anything other then a massive discount. From what I'm seeing a lot of other people are complaining about them using less the standard screens to repair. I strongly recommend people use other methods to repair there screens and if you have to use this place for some reason if you have any issues immediately put the phone somewhere safe till you get there. read more
