Aside from Home Depot, this is the business I dread most having to go to. Just to by an accessory, you have to log on to this kiosk system. You can't just pick something up and go check out. If you need to upgrade or buy a new phone, you will find yourself waiting and incredibly long time, as you watch two staff help two people while two other staff just sit around starring at tablets. You know you're in hell, because you see it in the faces of everyone else just sitting around waiting too. A couple walked out from frustration because they had other places they needed to be. I was there to by a new phone. When I checked out it was $100 more than the price listed. When asked why, "oh this is the newer model, this is for the older model, which we don't have in stock". Maybe update your price tags somebody? The staff were nice, they're doing the best they can with a crappy business model. I feel for them Don't go here unless you absolutely have to! read more

They have been very helpful with small fixes and I've never had to pay them for it. So far they have been super nice. My one complaint is they never answer the phone. Which sucks because sometimes they can't even help you with certain things so it would be nice to call ahead instead of having to be turned down right when I get there. read more

I would give them a zero star if that was an option. Don't go here. Fly south and set up whatever you need to do there. The worst experience ever. Salesman was very kind and "helpful" but our whole entire account is completely messed up and now no one will help! The numbers and phones and insurance on our family likes apparently can't be fixed bc of how he set it up. Come on att. Do better! read more

No help here. Made a $350 trip here and couldn't setup an account because of false info they gave me Over the phone before I traveled. They wouldn't call my wife in store so we could confirm her on the account... They said she had to come in to confirm it but later that day we called another AT&T and were able to set up an account over the phone... " not being there to confirm anyways. WTF? Lol read more

This place has the worst Customer Service ever. Every time I go in here theres a bunch of sales rep pretending like their busy when their not. People have to assume that their doing something and patiently wait in an unorganized manner throughout the store :(... I would rather do business online !!! read more

Slow and rude service. Roger, the rep, told me that he would not exchange a new iPhone which was not working on home WiFi after having it for under 24 hours. I phoned national at & t and they apologized for the techs behavior. I could have exchanged the phone up to 14 days after delivery, so don't believe the Juneau store employees who try and stick you with a new $750 phone that doesn't work. And every time I have gone in the local store, there are long wait times. Maybe Verizon will do better job of customer service. read more

I was an AT&T customer for over 15 years and was only recently forced to close my account. Service in the Auke Bay area went terrible early last year before the transmitter problems. I tried to get answers from a few employees but was told they were aware of issues but didn't know if or when anything would be done about it. This was almost a year after it first started. I was told a portable internet box might work. I bought this equipment and added it as a service to my account. It of course suffered from the same issues the phone service had. I tried contacting the manager of this branch and left my contact with multiple employees who assured they would respond but nothing came. I reluctantly closed my account with both services and was promised a $57.75 refund for the non-working internet service. I just got back to town after several weeks working and after checking my bank statement I not only hadn't gotten the refund but have been subsequently charged two more times for a shut down account. It's very frustrating. I was just looking for some reasonible answers and a little courtesy but got nothing like it and was overcharged for my trouble. Please make this right.
