WARNING - This is NOT a Verizon store!!! Verizon WILL NOT support you with GoWireless transaction issues! Been trying to get my $800 trade-in credit for over 6-months!!! GoWireless and Verizon appear to have the "basics" of poor customer service down to a "T". * Multiple touchpoints required for simple issue resolution (if any) * Providing wrong or inaccurate information * Unreasonable payments and/or unexplained surcharges * Overuse of automated scripts & ROBO responses to customers (wait for it...) * Merry-go-round responses - no one owns the issue or authority to resolve Go Wireless' processes and support are atrocious, and the resolution processes are down-right abusive - worst I have ever encountered - I am 61. GW does not empower employees to support you in a timely or equitable manner. The people are nice - other than misleading me on level of service, fees, losing my turned in phone, incorrect promotion given, poor cell service, poor customer service elsewhere, not following up, chat support worthless, corporate support simply sent issue back to the store, etc... - too many to list. My $800 credit issue still has not been resolved after 6+ months!!!! YOU have been WARNED - previously 20 years with T-Mobile - not a single issue!!!! And no support from VERIZON - not their problem. I tell u what there has been a few issues with are phones since I got them but Kevin has taken care of every single issue and really pulled hard for us we are seriously thankful for the greatest customer service from him and would recommend them 10 out of 10 and u could never get that customer service from AT&T thanks a lot Kevin you are a great person and I'm glad we got u there to help read more

Went in to buy a new iPhone 6 and my mom needed her Samsung phone screen replaced. Kevin, the guy who helped us was super nice and very helpful when we had any questions. I strongly suggest you go here when thinking about getting a new phone or setting up a new account. read more
