The real kicker just happened Wednesday when Monday my account said I owed the normal amount and then Wednesday they charged me over $350 more and caused my account to be overdrawn. I have been trying to get my account corrected but to no avail. Verizon customer service is the worst, when you ask for a manager they never get you to a manager just keep shuffling me around to other foreign staff on the call in line. Never get an American to help me. If I didn't have a contract I would leave Verizon so fast. If I could give negative stats I would.

Second was when MacBook Air shut off in midst of update and wouldn't/couldn't restart - patient advice helped in waiting out the problem until restart was complete.
