Per what I later learned from the second store, the New Orleans store's feedback further proofs they purposely charge me a full price genuine iPhone screen, while fully aware they only have a cheaper third party screen in stock to use. They failed to tell me that they were replacing the screen with an aftermarket, non-Apple screen. They didn't explain that there was an option, any difference between the 2 products, what an official screen would cost - nothing. I got home and immediately noticed the colors looked off and did the research to understand what they had sold me. When I called they essentially said they "figured I'd want the cheaper option." It's clearly an inferior screen with noticeably worse lighting, everything is super bright and cool. To make matters worse, I then learned the Apple Store offers the screen replacement with an official screen for the same price they charged me for the 3rd party screen. I guess shame on me for not doing the research in advance, but maybe don't assume everyone knows what the hell an aftermarket screen is. Their response was essentially "sorry", and their corporate support was a notch above useless. Buyer beware.

I had two very bad experiences the first my boyfriend bought a phone had a week and before he could get a case he cracked the screen so he took it there and the fixed the screen and charged $250 which I thought was ridiculous but I wasn't around so ok but the kicker is before we brought it to get fixed it was working perfectly after it was returned it was Stuck on safe mode I mean wouldn't do anything so I took it to them and they said oh well no refunds it must've been like that already!!! You should conta t Samsung so I take it to my carrier turns out this new galaxy is actually the old s2 but looks just a lil different bc it's made for a different country and is not properly compatible with all the same technology the US has and tells me u might as well toss it. so if u add up everything the company basically got us out of the 250 for the screen and the 400 he paid before the screen cracked and he ruined it then the 250 for the great NEW galaxy that 900$ wouldn't give an exchange, No credit, not even a let me try to fix it. DONT go here they should be shut down!!!! The only issues I had in the replacement process was calling and dealing with apple. The Orchard went above and beyond. I just wish apple did business the way the Orchard does. The Orchard knows customer service and apple can't figure out what 3 to 5 days actually means. I would recommend The Orchard in Carencro way before trying to get help from apple customer support. The Orchard may service apple but The Orchard far exceed apple's customer service!
