AT&T is Harassing my wife and I For over two years AT&T reps have been knocking on our door to try and get us to switch to their phone plans. Back in October of 2025 one rep banged on the door scaring my 64-year-old wife. Usually, a polite knock is good enough, but this guy was banging. My wife asked who it was and they said AT&T she told the person to leave but he kept telling her he wanted to talk about switching services. My wife threatened to call the police and he finally left. I contacted the Office of the President and spoke to a Ms. Silva who said that she would put a stop to the solicitors and of course gave a meaningless corporate apology. 4 weeks after this phone call another rep knocks on my door. I told him his corporate office was supposed to stop these visits and at this point I even had NO SOLICITORS sign on the door. He started to give me his sales pitch like nothing happened. We exchanged words I threatened to call the police and then he left. I immediately called Ms. Silva and she apologized a dozen times and said she would escalate this. Apparently, she didn't escalate this enough or AT&T just doesn't care about their reps harassing senior citizens. About five weeks later another two reps showed up at my house and now I start to video these visits. Again, I pointed to the No Solicitors sign, and they said sorry and left. FYI, since I put up that No Solicitor sign no one knocked on my door except AT&T solicitors. We all know roofers, solar salespeople and religious people are notorious for ringing doorbells and bugging us all. All of these solicitors RESPECTED my sign EXCEPT AT&T reps. Here is proof that AT&T is well aware of my problem, this is a paragraph from an email the Office of the President sent me: "Hello Team, The AT&T Office of the President is requesting your assistance with this complaint. The D2D group is aggressively returning to this property owners address and was previously added to the Do Not Knock list back on 11/05/2025. Both himself and his wife are upset that they keep returning after being promised that the issue was resolved. He has also added a do not solicit sign and they are ignoring that as well as video evidence of their presence" We are five months into this complaint and AT&T still hasn't gotten back to me with a resolution. They are looking into it; LOL Does it take more than 5 months to call the office in Orlando and tell them to stay away from my home? It's a phone call. I even provided them with the address that these door-to-door solicitors are working out of. We should all be concerned with this since these AT&T reps do not care if there is a No Solicit sign on the door or if you tell them to stay away. They will continue to harass us all. Do you think these reps are ignoring No Solicitation signs on their own? When I called the police, they said they can't do anything about it even if I have this on video because they need to catch the reps on the property in order to give a No Trespass warning. The rep I got into an argument with told me by the time the cops get here I'll be gone and they can't do anything about it. Either this young man is a lawyer working part time as an AT&T sales rep or his bosses are arming him and the other reps with this loophole. I guess AT&T doesn't really care about respecting our privacy and wishes to be left alone. But again, even those pesty religious groups that knock on our doors as well as the roofers and solar panel reps respect the No Solicitors sign. You all read that AT&T did put me on their DO NOT KNOCK list and that corporate order has been ignored by their reps. read more

I tried to order an iPhone 14 from the website. Their crap website crashed so I went to apple. I ordered a phone and 2 hours later got a confirmation that I had ordered a phone from att even though I never completed the transaction. I canceled the att purchase with att but they still showed I owed 36 months of payments on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. So apple when they were getting ready to ship canceled my order. They now expect me to wait until the middle of October to get a phone because of their mistake. I ordered one and am already moving to another carrier. These people are the worst. Avoid att at all cost. read more

I just wanted to point out that the staff here is great. I walked in 40 mins before store closing time and though the line was long, the rep stayed until resolving my problems. The sales rep Peter was so helpful and understanding. Great customer service! read more

The store add things to your account like protection plan and AT&T next upgrade without explaining to a customer which is a over $20 monthly charge on your account check your account after you leave the store they are a bunch a rip off read more

Really poor customer service. I was a walk-in and a lady approached me with a tablet and asked me my name. I gave her my name and was told that the next available associate will be with me. I saw my name on the monitor screen as the next to be helped. 5 more people came in and same thing now I was number one and had 5 others behind me. I spent 30 minutes in the store and never heard my name called ever. When they finally called out a name it wasn't mine it was the very last person that came in. I looked at the monitor again and my name was not even there anymore. I was fed up so I walked out. read more

Worst store I have been to. Went in and watched 3 employees sit around telling me someone would be with me to sign me in, 15 minutes later finally I got my name on the long list. I was there for 40 minutes and the line didn't move. Never going back. read more

Three years ago this location had a good staff and system for attending customers. Today it's by far the most atrocious customer service AT&T office I have ever gone to and I'm a customer for over 20 years! I will not return to this office even if you paid me. F- read more

I have been waiting for 45 minutes to be helped. There were two families in the store when I arrived. They have a greeter who took my name and said I be helped them sat behind the desk. read more

We waited nearly 30 minutes. There were only 2 sales clerks and 4 customers. After 20 minutes one of the associates came back from lunch and the other clerk (who knew we were waiting so l9ng) tole him to get reinforcements from the back. So the whole time we were waiting there were people in the back that could have come out and helped us! After another 10 minutes or so somebody came from the back and took our names. I only needed a replacement sim and he said he had to put my name on the list. I waited another 5 minutes (a total of 45) then left. read more

Great customer service! Could've up sold me today but didn't. Sheila and her manager fix my phone and encourage me to wait until the new iPhone 7 comes out to use my upgrade. Also change my plan while I was there, with no extra commitment, so I would stop getting overage charges. There was a promotion for 15 GB instead of my 10 GB. There was 6 people waiting for about an hour to be helped. I usually go tot the store up on Greenwald and now I know why. There were 2 employee's actually helping the customers and there was 2 others just walking around doing nothing while a line of people waited. The lady which appeared to be the manager left and stood outside while everyone waited. It was ridiculous. If the manager would have took some initiative to help someone the we wouldn't have been sitting there for an hour. Then when it came to get my sim card they never activated it so I had a problem with activating it on the phone.. I like at&t and i really dont like having to leave them an 1 star review but this store need some work. read more

Went in to upgrade my daughters phone and open a new line for myself. While I was waiting all three of the sales associates were talking amongst themselves at the front of the store and one of them was swearing which is completely inappropriate with children around them. I asked the manager for the number to the home office to express my concern over the associate Kathleen's language. As I was leaving Kathleen returned my ID to me and I told her she should be more careful with her word choices in front of kids. The other associate Laughed and rolled his eyes at me. I went back over to the manager and requested the associates name to which Sheila at the end of the counter said "he has a name tag you can go read it". I asked if she could just tell me what it is to which she again said "go read his name tag". Unbelievably horrible customer service. The manager stood by while this whole exchange happened and said absolutely nothing. read more
