The store was super clean, organized, and well staffed. At one point I counted 8 employees assisting customers, and the wait time was less than two minutes. I was assisted by Cisco, and he got my phone upgraded in less than 10 minutes. He was super sweet and patient as I had to delete several Gigs off my phone to be able to transfer my data over. Overall, the store was fast and professional. And, even though the transfer period was long, I felt well tended to. The delay was in my corner, not theirs. We took my mother-in-law here to get a new phone to replace her broken one, and they helped her through this without us having to intervene. All the sales associates were courteous, patient, and friendly from the moment we entered the store. It was clean, and not cramped like some stores can be, plenty of space to browse around and I appreciated that we could without being hounded constantly. It took a little longer than we expected but that might have been more to do with the Amon t of questions asked and nothing to do with the associate. Have had T-Mobile for almost 10 years. I recently lost my spouse and have been an authorized user on the account since we opened the account. Long story short, even though I have bought and activated 2 iPhones and a Samsung Note, T-Mobile forget the close of the account and the opening of a new account. I was told it would be "Like for Like". NO. They increased the price and removed some of the services and after 4 calls and about 8 wasted hours on the phone I am now looking at moving to Verizon. I was also charged $30.00 to activate wireless on my watch and it never worked and support was useless. I explained what I wanted and T-Mobile did what they wanted, increase the price and charge me for an activation that DID NOT work. read more

This location here has the most unprofessional and unpleasant people to work with. Every single time I have went there because T-Mobile replaces my phone with trash refurbished phones and then sends you off to apple to pay again more than what you had to pay with warranty in a short span of 1 week. Not only does customer service gives you the run around and makes you go into the store to deal with these ignorant folks, but my issue continues. With T-Mobile you don't get what you pay for. You pay more and get less., and the staff are incredibly rude and lack empathy and conflict resolution skills. Do yourself a favor and skip T-Mobile. read more

Some employees just walking around or talking to friends(saw an employee kiss someone that came in on the cheek then just chat for like 10 mins). Really unprofessional people. This is the worst T-Mobile store I've ever been to. It's difficult to get service in clear English and it's always very crowded. We usually wait about half an hour for service. They play very loud dance music that I wouldn't mind hearing in a club but not when I'm trying to talk to someone about a phone problem. I think it would be worth it to drive a little further to another store. I love T-Mobile, they are the best and I've been a loyal customer for 12 years. I had a locked phone and he didn't even want to help unlock my phone. According to him he can't do anything about it. Let me start out by saying that I have been a T-Mobile longer than it's been T-Mobile. I was a Voicestream customer. And there was a company before that which I don't remember the name for. Most the most part, as long as you stay on top of them and don't let them pitch you for too many needless features you as good as a T-Mobile customer. Now, on to this location, I would love to rate the company better and I would if I was rating them but this store is what I am rating and they are ridiculous. This place is ALWAYS packed. Even before it opens the line waiting to get in is ridiculous. I was there 15 minutes before they opened and I was the 5th in line. The store is large and clean and looks organized. But the staff is far from organized. There is never enough help or enough help that actually know what they are doing. Always trying to up sell you and then when you finally decide on your purchase the manager comes over and tries to up sell you some more. All the while now you have been here for hours and just want to get out. Customer service which should be their number one priority, it is not More training would be beneficial here.
