No help or willingness to help whatsoever. Tried to buy a new phone but am not a principal on my wife's account...what? Went home talked to wife who gave me her SS# (said that was all it took for the kids to make the very same change). Went back in, sorry she has to personally do it. Offered to call her or have them call her on her At&T number, which they know, no dice. I only wanted to upgrade an old phone to our account which will undoubtedly cost us something but it will have to wait for wife to get back from a trip and I'll make my third visit to a damn At&T store ( not this one). I have been to this location a few times as I like to switch out my phone every now and then. To be honest, it really depends on who you get when you come here. I have great service on some days, and below on others. The thing to keep in mind is that they are a retail store. Do your research on the phone/tablet that you are interested in buying. They are also very accessory focused. I recommend NOT buying accessories here, and purchasing them online as you will save over half. Spent hours here. Ended up with a business account being setup when all I asked for as an individual account. I do not know why other than the fact that when I went to Target today to get a phone added I was unable to do so as they can only setup personal. Spent 3 hours on the phone with AT&T and still not resolved. I have to go back to the store. I would suggest bypassing any cell phone reseller location and go to Target. They have a great selection from multiple carriers, all the promotions and friendly, knowledgeable staff. read more

My wife and I decided to switch our cell phone provider so we decided on AT&T. We walked into this store around 10:30 am, there were a few people in line but someone came up to me fairly quickly. As soon as he started talking we realize that he was very new because he did not know what he was doing. We waited and waited and waited for him to finished setting up the accounts. He then realized that he did not know what he was doing so he then got some help. So now we had to start all over again, this was now around 2:30 p.m. (again we got there at 10:30 am). The new guy helping us I think his name was Bradly kept telling us that it was only going to take another 15 minutes. So then we waited and waited and waited and then we realize he was new too!! By the point I was really upset. The first guy messed up so bad that Bradley had to call in because now the numbers were lock. There went our 15 minutes.... By the time we got to pay, they tell me that in order for me to get the mini iPad for free that I would have to purchase a screen protector a total of $45. So I explained how I was told that to begin with! So he said well I can take it off but we will have to start ALL over again! LIKE REALLY!!! I told him that when I return the following week he can put the screen protectors on because now it was around 3:45 pm! This was longer then when I purchased my new car! SO we finally get to leave and we were so tired. We get home and after around 5 minutes Bradley was calling me, get this! To tell me that he canceled my cell phone order because he forgot to charge me the phone tax for both iPhone. $130. I was SOOOOO upset because this was their fault not mine!!!! After much arguing I paid what he asked for and I then called AT&T corporate office. I told them what just occurred at one of their Orlando locations. At first the guy that I was talking to (customer service) was literally like "yep, oh no, yep". As soon as I started asking him about the weather and how he was doling, he quickly said let me get a manager to help you because this wasn't right. So I then get a "manager" on the line and explained the entire thing yet again. She told me that it was unacceptable and that she will look into this as well as note it on my account. She also said that someone would call me back.OH and that I did not have to purchase the screen protector she told me to take it back to them. The following week November 25, 2016. We went back because they had to connect the new phones and OF COURSE yet again we waited around 2 hours. I told him about the screen protector and that I was bringing it back, they told me that if I want the mini iPad that I HAD to purchase the screen protector. I was beyond livid with the back and forth I said here take it back I don't want it. He then said fine but we charge a restocking fee! SERIOUSLY WTH. I had them put the screen protector on the iPad. Needless to say it is December 8, 2016 and I have YET to get a call from AT&T. I was beyond shocked because I never thought this would happen because all I have heard is great things about AT&T. I am currently waiting on my final bill with my old provider and I just have a really bad feeling that I will also get hell when AT&T has to pay up. Perhaps I will do a follow up on my review when the time comes but do not go to this location because they all seem to be new and now NOTHING about the service they provide. * December 13, 2016 Still no call back. read more

I was on a visit to Disney World and was having problems with my iPhone. I found this location through Google, but some of the reviews were awful, one even indicating the location might be a little iffy. I decided to try it out anyway because it was close and with a Celebration address, I figured it couldn't be that bad. I entered the store at 11:05 on a Sunday morning (They open at 11 am) and there were 4 employees on the floor already, three were occupied with customers. The fourth, Steven, greeted me and asked if he could help. I explained the problem. Unfortunately, there was nothing AT&T could do, but Steven directed me to the Apple store at the Florida Mall. Although AT&T was not able to exchange my phone (It was Apple that held the warranty.), they were most helpful and courteous; couldn't have asked for better customer service. I arrived in Orlando on a business trip last week of January 2017 .I was in need of a phone service and decided to pay a visit to AT&T phone store.I stayed close to celebration and I was driving one beautiful morning I came across this location in 6031 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy AT&T store.I went inside the store and as I walked in a young man by the name Hiram greeted me and offered to help with my cellular service.I informed him that I was in town for 2 weeks and just needed basic service with no contract. He gave different pricing and I chose the basic $30 one.While he was taking my information for a new prepaid service ,he noted that for just another added $15 ,I could have internet access as well.I mentioned in the beginning that I brought my own phone a Samsung Galaxy Duos from overseas and he said that it would not be a problem.I travel a lot and used my cell phone in 3 other different countries without any problem.Mr Hiram finished the preliminary requirement for a new phone service ,inserted the sim in one of the slots ,closed the phone but could not get it to register.He tried and tried without any success.He then informed me that there was something wrong with my phone and suggested for me to take it to a repair store in Old Town to get it unlocked or purchase one of their AT&T phone.I knew nothing was wrong with my phone but I agreed to go to that store just to refute his assumption.The repair store was close by and the gentleman there was nice enough to check my phone for free. As I expected ,he told me that my phone is fine ,unlocked and suggested to go to another carrier for second opinion and service compatibility .I drove for 10 miles to the other side of Kissimmee and found an AT&T corporate store .I went iinside and was greeted by a gentleman from customer service who took the time to listen to my dilemma .He took a new sim card and inserted inside my phone and got no service.He could not get the sim card to register and finally came to a conclusion that my phone does not support their service.I asked him for a solution and he offered one of their phones or to return to the store where I bought the sim card for a refund. I was shocked to find out that the store at 6031 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy was a retail dealer and not corporate. The manager at corporate AT&T could not refund me the money and suggested I spoke with a manager at that retail store.I drove back 10 miles to the original store and got no resolution. Just to clarify that my phone was working fine ,I went to T-Mobile and got excellent service .The customer and sales service guy there was professional and took good care of me .I explained to him what happened and how AT&T would not refund my money and how I was the whole time was forced into buying one of their phones to get the service.He also suggested I return to that store and ask for a refund.Mr Hiram at AT&T was very rude and so were all the others working along with him .The manager was of course not available.Imagine my frustration for a simple service I got the run around and lost a whole day without a phone until I finally got service from T-Mobile.I called AT&T corporate office to complain and still no solution except to go back to the authorized dealer and complain.By then I was getting late and I got tired of the run around and went back to my hotel.The next day I called the store and I informed that the manager called in sick.The third day I called again and the manager answered the phone. He was already aware of my story but offered the same solution over the phone. I suggested to come see him and he agreed.I drove 7 miles from my hotel to the store.As I entered the store and asked for a manager, a young man asked how he could help and that he was the manager.I told him my name and then I got a very cold welcome and a negative attitude .He stood 100 feet from me and would not get any closer to talk me.I realized by then that I would not get anywhere.I went on telling him my story anyway and how I went to a corporate store for help and also how I got service from T-Mobile without any headaches.By then I asked for a refund. He asked me how I paid. I told him that I used my ATM card and he nodded his head that if it was cash ,he probably would have helped.I realized he was giving the run around like the rest of the employees in that restore.After arguing for quite some time and under frustration with his manipulative techniques ,I had no other alternative to get my money from these rip offs but to call the police. I dialed 911 and the manager right then said hysterically "ah , you are calling the authorities. I will just trespass you.' I apologized to the 911 operator and ended the conversation.I tried to come into any common sense with the manager.He then got very angry with me and asked me to leave the store or else.I am a very peaceful man.I realized I was ripped off and finally left the store .I kept my cool and drove back to my hotel unsatisfied . read more
