Because we didn't know where to go we asked the first employee we came across, who was kind enough to show us where they were, but then promptly told us he didn't know anything about them and walked away. No other associate that maybe was supposed to be covering that area came over so we were left to our own devices to do the research. I will say their prices still seem to be quite expensive. What stood out even more was the extra care he took--he cleaned the outside rim of my phone, and judging by the wipe, it was far dirtier than I had realized. That level of attention to detail is not something you see every day. Thanks to our Geek Squad blanket service coverage, there was no charge, which made the experience even better. But more importantly, Brian made the entire process pleasant and efficient. I truly enjoyed the time spent while he worked. Brian is clearly an asset to your store, and his commitment to customer care reflects very well on your team.

First of all, having to wait 90 minutes just to return equipment is ridiculous. The whole time I was there, two associates were helping two separate families with setting up mobile services. 90 minutes and they were STILL setting up their devices? That convinced me that I NEVER want to get mobile services through them because how does it take that long? Finally get called up, employee scanned my devices which took about 30 seconds so at least that was fast. But the employee did not want to print a receipt that I returned equipment. He kept joking and being sarcastic, like "oh, you won't tell me which service provider you switched to, but you want me to print you a receipt? Why should I help you when you won't tell me that?" Finally printed the receipt after a few minutes of nonsense, but just a perfect example of why I will never be using spectrum again - however they are training their customer service representatives (both in store and on the phone) needs to be seriously examined, because it is some of the worst customer service I've experienced.

It is a disgrace how we were treated. My 74-year-old mother doesn't need to stress out going in there trying to get everything set up properly. Once they sold us her Samsung brand new phone, they wouldn't have nothing to do to help us with setting anything up. He even showed us. There was a glitch in the computer system to get another person as an authorized user. There was no glitch. He just didn't want to figure it out. My mother was back in today trying to have somebody help us since there was customer service telling us that we needed to go into the store and then when we go into the store, it was dead. Nobody was even there and they had two people working with one person. Then the employee mentioned to my mother if she knew of anyone, that was looking for a job to send them there what kind of shit show are they running here!? No wonder why nobody wants to work there it's unprofessional and why would you be asking your customer that when she went in there specifically for a problem that needed to be sorted out. I was actually going to upgrade to the 16 Pro, but I will not give them my business unfortunately we are locked into a contract with them and they even had the nerve to tell us to go somewhere else because they didn't feel like bothering to help my mom figure out a pin code so that we can call and check our bill! Not to mention as well, ago when I got my own plan and added my mother, they told us if we had AARP we would qualify for a discount not mentioning that since my mom is clearly over 55+ we could've been paying $30 cheaper a month. They said that this was their corporate store and that plan has been going on for years, which is really funny because it clearly wasn't. They just failed to tell us that so that we would pay more. Talk about a lack of customer service and attention to detail. Good luck you're going to be fed to the wolves as soon as they get your money, make their commission and you walk out the door even if you have a simple question they are going to treat you like shit! What an absolute disgrace and stress that is unnecessary!
