So, They have this young lady work here who do not speak English. So, She skip over me and went and talk to the Spanish-speaking lady behind me. Am not sure who makes the decision. On who to hire. Horrible customer service. Russ needs to be fired. He literally hates his job and puts that anger and attitude onto the customers. Will never be returning to this AT&T ever again. Overcharging and he does not listen to any of our concerns. He was unwilling to explain any of the accessories and wanted us out of there. Very unapproachable and rude demeanor. I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with him and this store. read more

My wife had a bad experience with a rude employee Is name is Tom, he was very rude with my wife didn't have any type of customer service, very unprofessional, raised his voice at her not wanting to help her with her situation walked away from her and when I called to ask for a manager he hung up the phone on me ,it's people like him that many stores are losing customers and Sometimes it goes unoticed by management, thankfully for him, my wife wasn't a secret shopper. It's sad because I held that store with so high standards until that rude employee started Working there......feeling so upset and disappointed!!!! read more

The lady helping us was rude to my father in law. Kept rolling her eyes when he asked questions, and to take the cake left halfway through to take a lunch break. Glad I got through T-Mobile because I would have canceled my plan right there. read more

Beware of this store they will actually add services to your account that you do not ask for. We have been with AT&T forever. We went to this store in November to purchase four new iphones 15 Pro Max. The rep explained what our installment plan would be on the phones which we undertsood as we are not new to AT&T. We bought the phones and accessories. She warned us to "ignore the first two bills as they will be high" -- understood they are always high after new phone purchases. I just went to pay January's bill and there was a $6 charge per line for something called AT&T NEXT -- they have already charged us $72 for something we never asked for. I called into AT&T and TWO HOURS LATER the rep is still telling me they can't refund the entire amount because it is "non-refundable". So they can steal money at the local AT&T store in Lakeland and call it non-refundable at the national level. BUYER BEWARE. Check your bills because this location is SHADY. read more

AT&T told us nothing but lies to switch from Verizon. We were told phones would work if we switched without losing capabilities. They didn't. Told us one price...it was wrong. Spent entire day dealing with these clowns and had to purchase one of there phones to work properly.... Hate when people lie. Brought management to inform them of all the misinformation we received. ...they couldn't give shit. Phone drops more calls then Verizon ever did....stay away if you can...I had to switch because of work...I might quit this job. read more
