I have had prior dealings with Cellular Sales and have always been happy, until now. Looking to switch back to iPhone and get the latest Apple watch and owing nothing on my current device I walked into the Bartow store and met with Christina. All seemed well, she said with the cash I had down towards the watch (I wanted to buy it outright) my bill would only go up $20 a month to $181 which included $1,000 trade in allowance for my old Samsung Note 20 Ultra to which I agreed. I even received an email from Verizon while there outlining my next bill and what subsequent bills would be ($181). She advised I had 30 days to bring my trade in back as some of my financial apps were still sending 2FA notifications to my old phone, seeing a it was nearing closing time I elected to take it home to resolve the 2FA issues and bring it back the next day. Two hours after arriving home I receive another email from Verizon with a new outline of my next bill. Now its $271 and $248 a month thereafter! I went back the next day livid and advised Christina this is NOT what we agreed to. She made a bunch of "adjustments" and said it would be 24 hours before they take effect and she can then straighten things out. I also turned in my trade in phone. She stated that was off the next two days but on Thursday would be at another store. I called the Bartow store first thing Thursday morning and request that someone have Christina call me back. Come 5pm and hearing nothing, I went back to the store. This time I met with Rex who assured me the matter would be resolved. HE seemed puzzled on why Christina set things up the way she did and ended up having to get a rep from Verizon on the phone who also seemed confused over what Christina did. Rex assured me all would be straightened out however it could take 1 to 2 billing cycles to see the corrections. Meanwhile, the account still shows a $100 trade in allowance, the cheaper insurance coverage. Luckily I have 30 days to return everything. If this is not resolved, by day 29 I will return everything to the store, pay off the $400 I owe on the device for my second line then will go across the street to AT&T and see what they can do for me. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. I feel I was lied to and deceived. If you do insist on dealing with this company, ask for anyone but Christina as she is clueless.

Sales person put in a new Sims card done with my phone. Tries of course to get me to upgrade my phone and I will never upgrade my phone with Verizon because I have had them scam me in the past. But my 20 year old daughter wanted to update her phone. We have a quote from the sales guy named Ray R. We specifically asked this person, at least five or 10 times that there was gonna be no additional fees to this phone with this promotion that he was offering. And he told us that amount of times that there was gonna be no additional fees on our bill except a one time $35 fee, which would be on the next billing. So guess what we get the bill and they're charging me the full $1100 for the phone. Call Verizon and they told me that I need to go in store and talk with the person. Walk in the store and might be a coincidence but the sales guy that we dealt with walked in the back so I dealt with somebody else at first. Once I started talking how he scammed us, he came out and started talking and I told him he was full of shit. Well, once the word shit came out of my mouth they both told me that we don't have to talk to you anymore. You can leave the store. Why because you know that I'm right! The sales agent Ray R proceeded to tell me that I wasn't listening that day And that he has nothing to lose. REALLY because I'm pretty sure you Ray make commission off of that sale. I am pretty sure I was listening since I've been through this with Verizon in the past with myself and I was not gonna let my daughter get in the same situation and I'm a 50 year old woman, so I'm pretty sure that I was listening to everything that you had to say young man!! And you said multiple times that we would not have to pay anything outside of the $35 fee on the first bill. I have the bill you can see in parentheses where they credited the $1100. Needless to say, I was not very pleasant to them after they accuse d me of not listening . AND YOU CAN BET AFTER 17 + years you can thank Ray that you Verizon just lost a great customer with the lack of scamming and rude customer service!!

I received a new phone through an insurance claim after cracking the back side of my old one. After transferring all my data and setting it up I lost all service to my phone. So not even being able to call customer support I had no choice but to visit Verizon for help. These guys figured out the issue (SIM card was bad) and had me back in service in no time. I then asked for a recommendation for a better case and asked for a screen protector. They pointed me in the right direction. Then went above and beyond by offering to put my screen protector on (last time I did it there was a big bubble). Thank you Jay and trainee for all your help!
