I have been going to this AT&T store for over 2 years now! Kaiya is awesome, very friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward, and most importantly trusting! She definitely takes care of me and my family anytime I come in. She is the best. I definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking to come to AT&T and or upgrade and purchase anything they offer. I love the fact that she doesn't push you to purchase things or make you feel that you have to, she tells you exactly how it is and what it is and then moves on to small talk. She remembers my families names, and my friends, and it's just like going somewhere and talking to an extended family!! Tristan and Alex from ATT stepped up and helped us out with setting up new phone lines and Apple Watches. We showed up an hour before closing time and they never once complained and helped us even past closing time. This is single-handedly the best consumer experience I have ever had from any retail store. They helped us find great deals and even helped us save tons of money. Read the tiny fine print! They specialize in bait and switch tactics! Walked in, not very busy at all, no greet, just waiting for some help, after 10 min wait.. Someone finally said hello and took my name down, After waiting another 5 to 10 min some guy came up and broke down the real "deal" "Buy one give one" is nothing but an appealing catch phrase to get you in the store, the reality is... you can't just buy one out right and get another for free, you have to be billed monthly for 30months and upgrade your current plan to an unlimited plan to qualify, also, this is for new customers or if you add a new line as an existing customer, of course all this will end up doubling your current monthly bill, Not to mention.. the coverage here in northern Utah with AT&T is horrible!! I might add, this was not what customers service told me over the phone before I came in. After 10 years with AT&T in a different state with better coverage,I've decided to drop them, they don't care one bit about their customers, only deception and dollar signs! Goodbye! read more

Went in to change a plan, as my husband had passed and needed to change names. Spent at least an hour, did talk to some representative on their phone. Thought it had been switched over, but found out nothing was done correctly and had to go through the ATT specialty line to fix. In the mean time, I was pressured unmercifully to buy, buy, buy. I did need a new phone, as mine was blowing up, but they didn't have the one I wanted, so they offered me the 15 and told me it was a stellar price. Wrong, full price. Then, even though I objected, I was shamed into getting all the accessories at a premium price. Could have gotten on Amazon for 1/4 the cost. I only use the phone for easy use..no streaming, yet I was signed up for the premium payment. The agent on the phone calls this cramming and said their agents are not supposed to engage in this kind of salesmanship. This was a very uncomfortable and pressure few hours, and the account wasn't even changed over. Felt more like a high school bully session. I'm disappointed and angry to have spent so much time and money to do it all over again with an agent on the phone. Go to Farmington, as they are more professional. read more

These guys specialize in selling ice to Eskimos. Nearly everyone needs a phone but they don't need the slippery sales pitch offered here. Giant, gaping holes are left out of conversations on services for your device. This is a store I visited with a friend who was getting their first phone. I expected a sales pitch but these guys made them feel like a wounded swimmer in a shark-infested waters. Personally had the manager help us and he's among the worst of the bunch. These guys are out to sell, sell, sell. Wanted an entry-level smartphone. These guys conveniently didn't mention the option available (at other AT&T locations) for $150 less than what they tried to sell. Wanted insurance. These guys quoted $6.99/month. The actual price is $8.99/month. Was offered a nearly no-cost tablet with the purchase of a new phone. They neglected to mention, until they were explicitly asked and after they denied it being too good to be true, the activation fee and required two year data contract with the tablet. Later learned another friend was also sold a lemon LG phone by this location. It didn't even last as long as the payment plan and barely beyond the warranty. When he went in to another location, they said it was knowingly a problematic phone from the beginning. This location is aggressive in their sales tactics to say the least and not forthcoming with details. For a first-time customer like my friend, this was a despicable introduction to at&t. Completely flabbergasted. Would never recommend this for location. read more

My wife had tried to upgrade me to an iPhone 7 at another "authorized" retailer and we had nothing but frustration, poor customer service, and many hours chatting with Apple to try to fix my new phone. We ended up returning the phone to that retailer and coming to this store the next day. We were greeted immediately by Justin and received wonderful service in a timely fashion and my new phone from this location has worked wonderfully! Lesson here is to go to the corporate store every time and avoid the "authorized" retailers! read more

Buyer beware... I bought an iPhone X and was told I could try it out and exchange it if I didn't like it. Day 19 I took to back to the store and the store manager Joel said return policy is 14 days and refused to even trade the phone. Two year contract signed and tough luck. They don't care anything about you after they have your money. I have been with AT&T since 2009 and they could care less. read more

My husband and I have been having problems recently with his iPhone 7 Bluetooth skipping and our megaboom speaker skipping. Both times we went back with problems they were handled in a timely manner and very professionally. We are in and out with an answer or solution. Staff is always very friendly towards us. Poor Customer Service! I came in and waited for 20minites before someone talked to me. Two guys walked in after me and they were put on "waiting list" while Madison said he would go get someone to help me. Jen came out and put me on the "wait list" the two guys that came in after me was helped and I was put on back of wait list when Jen was sapposed to help me! When I was finally helped was told the server was down! And was put on a notes list and said they would call me later....terrible customer service go to a different AT&T store read more
