He was friendly, professional, informative, patient and accommodating. I haven't worked with him before but going forward he is our go to guy. They had one person working and he was incapable of helping more than one person at a time. I had to make a return, which should have taken 3 min, but the guy working had to stand there and watch another customer call someone else to get his account #. The only reason they got 3 stars is because they actually had the phone i wanted unlike other stores but the service is less than good. They made me wait 15 mins because the rep who had initially helped me 1 before was on lunch. With 3 employees standing around they said that the other guy was going to help me. Really talk about customer service, then they try so hard to hussle you to get the "NEXT Plan" making it seem like it is the best option when you are paying for the full price of the phone. The only reason they push it so hard is because the sales associate is their way of making money. 2 year agreements are not good for them. Very bad experience read more

I visited this store today June16, 2018 to replace my iPhone 6 which I have had for several years. To be frank, I do not like the iPhone 7, 8 or 10 as none of them have an earphone jack. For me this is a show stopper. I do love the iPhone and wouldn't consider any other brands. The battery on my iPhone 6 has been acting up over the past few months so I decided it was time to replace. In any case, I spent at least 10 minutes in this store and not one of the sales associates approached me or even acknowledged me. I made eye contact with Juan who had finished his sale with the female customer and was apparently just talking with her for an extended period of time and he did not so much as say - "I'll be right with you," or any other communication that would indicate I was visible to him. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for over 10 years with 3 phone lines and did not appreciate being treated this way. Needless to say I walked out of the store and went to the AT&T store in Woodbridge Mall where the Sales Associates immediately acknowledged me and gave me the information that I needed to decide on how I was to purchase another iPhone. I was sold a service for Directv that they were unable to install due to trees blocking the signal, to get everything reversed on my account was a nightmare! They wasted my time in the store and the customer service departments on the phone told me one thing and my account and emails sent to me said something else. This was the worst experience I ever had after having At&t wireless for 11 years. countless hours spent on the phone and in the store and they have yet to solve the issues they created on my account. read more
