They got me in at 10am this morning and I walked out 90 minutes later with new glasses, able to see again!! Dr. Ehrlich was just wonderful - personable, knowledgeable, efficient. I HIGHLY recommend him, and as a doctor myself, I'm extremely picky about bedside manner and competence. Jessica P helped me pick out frames, and she was completely awesome. Even though they have to sanitize every pair I touched, she didn't mind that I took 15 frames and sat debating them for 10 minutes!!! She explained my benefits and calculated everything for me so I knew the total cost. And she helped expedite my new glasses and called me when they were ready so I didn't have to wait longer than a half hour. I will return here, send hubby and my kids, and recommend them to everyone I know!!!

I could barely read with them. After bringing in my prescription glasses to have Tom at Pearle graciously try to adjust them, I simply gave up and accepted the fact that they were unusable. One year later I brought those glasses to Costco to have the doctor there give me a new prescription for which I would use the frames I had bought the year before. When she compared the prescription that she had come up with with the one that had been given by the doctor at Pearle vision she shook her head. They were very dissimilar, and I happen to know that my eyes have not deteriorated in a year. Because after I deemed my Peare vision prescription glasses were unusable, I simply went to the dollar store to get a 2.5 pair of readers for driving and a 3.5 pair for reading. The short version now is that with my new prescription from the very attentive and competent eye doctor at Costco I have a pair of glasses that work like a charm, that required no adjustment. The exam was fully covered, and the lenses fabulously priced. This office is simply a money factory, and I do not recommend them in the least.

On top of that they are not allowing me to get one earlier and have not followed up with insurance company to assert that the fault is theirs. Also-know your insurance! They will bill you for items your insurance should cover and tell you you are wrong when you question them. After bringing proof they refused to give money back and put as a credit on account(now  I can't change dr's without losing more money). Terrible service, have gone here for a while but it has deteriorated and the treatment this last year is beyond atrocious. I am losing insurance due to my job and because of this office I won't have what I need that I should have had covered 5 months ago.
