El mismo día que hice la compra me comentaron que me iban a dar una Gif Card de 100 dólares ya casi termino el contrato y nunca me dieron esa tarjeta de regalo ... pasado eso hice un reclamo de la pérdida del iPad 9Gen , quedaron en marcarme la información correcta para hacer el pago de los 99 dólares que nunca me mandaron . Luego me fui de vacaciones y cuando regreso intento comunicarme con ellos para saber cómo había quedado el reclamo que había hecho . Me mandaron un número de confirmación y me dijeron que no podían ayudarme porque ya había pasado el periodo de tiempo cuando uno hace la reclamación ... Ahora como me siguen cobrando el iPad cuando está perdido hice el reclamo y mo me ayudaron . También antes de viajar a Cuba llamé a t mobile para saber si podía hacer llamadas internacionales. Me dijeron que no que este estaba bloqueado para llamadas ok . Cuando voy a pagar veo que tengo cargos por llamadas internacionales cuando se supone que está bloqueado... The guy working there was kinda rude and dismissive. I went to upgrade my phone and the guy there…read moremade me buy a screen protector because supposedly it's part of a promotion and I HAVE to get it or else I can't buy my phone! The screen protector was about $25 dollars and on top of that my phone plan went up 20 dollars more when I clearly asked him to keep my plan the SAME. I spoke to him on the phone after I left the store and asked him to change it back and he said I needed to do that the next month bill he was also trying to make me buy a phone case that cost 65 dollars too. He told me that in order to get my NEW phone I needed to buy either a screen protector or a phone case if not I couldn't buy my phone. I was in a rush and needed my phone right away since I unfortunately broke my old phone so I ended up buying the screen protector instead because it was cheaper than the phone case. I got my phone and left. I will never go back here tbh If I wasn't in a big rush to get a new phone I would of went somewhere else. I'm mad I spent more than what I was supposed too. And the added plan bill was what pissed me off the most. Anyways don't go here. And don't trust this man!!!
