Absolutely horrible service. Called to see if they had the iPhone 11 pro and they said they did. Drove 35 minutes and when I get there she pulls it out and I noticed it only had two cameras not three and she said only the pro max has three and I was like oh I thought the pro had three as well, she assured me it was only two on the pro and three on the max. Ok... my upgrade is almost complete when I went and looked at the picture of the pro and it had 3 cameras so I asked her again.. "are you sure this is the pro" she said I think it is. Wtf you think? Well it wasn't and she instantly says well we can reverse the upgrade if you want the pro. I said yes that's what I called about and you told me you had. So now that I've already spent 45 minutes in there I'm getting irritated. She goes through the process of reversing the upgrade and ordering the correct phone for me. I spend almost an hour in the store while they keep telling me their tablets are having a problem and it's not workin, she keeps asking for help because she has no idea what she's doing. I asked if I could finish this up over the phone because I have to go. She tells me she can't because we have to complete the ordering of the new phone in the store. Another guy takes over another 20 minutes go by tells me the reverse is finally complete and again I ask if I can leave to do the rest over the phone he said it's almost done. Then proceeded to ask if I'm paying credit or debit and I said I am paying in cash and he said we don't take cash so I fucking walked out. The worst experience I've ever had getting a new phone EVER! Two hours of my day wasted and I didn't even get anything accomplished. I'm beyond pissed. read more
