I'm giving one star because it won't let me give zero--go to…read moreany other location before this one... I've been a super happy t-mobile customer for YEARS, and I decided to add a line to my account, but wanted to know exactly what my bill would be before agreeing to the upgrade. I was assured by Brandon that my bill would absolutely be 110 (my bill prior to the upgrade was 98). ASSURED! I even said to Brandon that I'm always leery because mobile companies and car dealerships tend to tell you one price and then it's WAY more when the first bill comes. Brandon was So Personally Offended by that observation, he MADE me concede the point that he, Brandon, had never lied to me -- which i did at the time. Yesterday i went to check my account ---- my bill was for $183.00. Seriously .... i'm not even shocked. I went back in just now and the manager reset everything back the way it was before i walked in, but i'm not going to even act like the manager went above and beyond. He did the bare minimum to retain a customer that loved t-mobile before dealing with his store and his employee. Experiences like this one are exhausting and demoralizing. I know all cell phone providers are basically the same and they're all horrible, but do yourself a favor and just call the 800 number.

I use Wallingford and sometimes North Haven. I've been a member for years. I do not know why…read morebecause each visit I find very frustrating. Most of the time there is no paper in the gas station pumps. I check my receipts so it's a nuisance for me to have to go to the attendant each time. Also, since I pay dearly for a membership, I feel I should be entitled to any discounts without needing to clip coupons or check online for sales or use their app. I'm done. I'm finally cutting the cord and will not renew. I'm sticking with my Costco membership even though the locations are not as convenient. 100% better!

I had a subscription to BJ's and I bought 4 tires that came with the road hazard warranty etc…read more About a year later I hit a deep pothole and cut the tire. I called BJ's tire center and the said I had a pro rated coverage..which I know to be an industry standard. I go to BJ's to pay my portion and ordered the tire because it was out of stock. When the tire came in, I went to drop my car off, and they asked for my BJ's card. Well, it had expired and I had no plans to renew. They refused to mount the tire, or give it to me to do myself without a valid membership. Now, when I bought the tires there was no mention of continued membership to facilitate the warranty! A warranty is a warranty. It should have nothing to do with my membership. I had to go to the counter and renew my membership to get my warranty tire. I think that's a form of extortion.

This pudgy middle aged loser who can't read is apparently the manager there. He wanted to argue and yell at me because he couldn't properly read the terms of a coupon. Started screaming at me that they are closing and how dare I come in. I would have been out the door BEFORE 10 if there system worked properly or if their manager could actually read. Instead he wanted to freak out, scream at me and throw a fit running back and forth to the Oreo aisle, even when I told him I came up with a picture of the coupon (see below) to save time that he so clearly treasured. It's not my fault he can't tell the difference between $3 off $9 and buy 3 and get $3 off which doesn't even make any sense whatsoever when it very clearly says $3 off a purchase of $9 in a single transaction but his rage at having to do his job made him blind or he is just that stupid. Because he insisted for minutes that the coupon said I HAD to purchase 3 items. So somehow in his smooth brain $3 off equates to a minimum purchase of 3 items. Smdh Comprehension is not his strong point. I looked down at my clock as I was leaving at 10:02. If you can't handle being two mins behind in retail you very clearly are not in the right field. But I'm guessing this is the best he can do. Hire someone with some brains and tact next time. Unbelievable.
