Went dead within an hr of being fully charged and also got hit. They said they would replace the battery for free. I did this and it would charge but still hot every call. I took it to another place and got new screen put on even though it didn't need it and the phone is perfect yet again. Always remember it costs more in the end to go cheap and then take it for same repair elsewhere than it does to go with high end service from the start. Do not use this company for screen repair.

They informed me that it would probably not last and that it would be cheaper in the long run to replace the phone then to spend the money on the screen and then the backlight go out and have to fix it or to even fix the backlight and screen at the same time. Saved us time and money and didn't even charge us for the work they had done to try to fix it. I would highly recommend them over any other repair place in the area. I had a issue with a screen they installed once and when I went back in they just put another screen on and apologized for the issue. I've experienced other shops and don't see another reason to go anywhere else unless I'm out of town and need emergency repairs. So thank you all for doing such good work.
