I had just received a new iPhone Pro 15 for Father's Day and it started on day 3 of not being able to send pictures to any Android phone. After spending 4 1/2 hours on the phone over 2 days we decided to just go to a Corporate AT&T store. Was met by Pops one of the techs. Explained what the issue was and what Apple had done and their results. He did some checking of things and finally stated that we would have to wait until a manager came in to swap it out. That would be in a couple of hours. We came back at the appointed time and met with John the Assistant Manager from another store. He did some THOROUGH testing with several of the corporate techs. The whole time he was keeping us abreast of what they were doing. After all was done the issue wasn't resolved. They decided that they would swap out the phone for a new one. Did I like spending 6 hours there. No but Pop's and John made it enjoyable as they worked diligently to try to solve our issues. Could I have been upset about it all, easily but both of them made easy to be there explaining the whole process that they go through. AT&T you are fortunate to have these 2 employees. read more

Just rushed over to this store before they closed for the second night in a row, needed an Apple Watch.. This was my third attempt at this store in the last 3 weeks. The door was always locked. 3 men each individually told me to put a mask in, I have a medical exemption & cannot wear one, told them each this & the extremely rude, oldest gentleman told me I was going to have to shop online then. Thanks for nothing, & no thanks, I'll just get another Fitbit. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. read more

My daughter and I spent many hours here over two days because the phone we ordered through ATT online was not the right phone. The manager at this location was extremely patient and called support at Corporate to help straighten out our account. In the past I have had positive experiences with the AT&T store in Lone Tree, but this visit was exceptional thanks to Zach Bowen, the Retail Sales Consultant. Zach helped me select and set up 2 phones for my elderly parents who very quickly needed phones due to fires in Oregon. He was courteous, efficient, did not pressure me to purchase anything I didn't need, and was very knowledgeable. Thank you Zach for your time, patience, and expertise. Horrible experience with this location. Added a line to my current wireless service, had a relative come into the store to complete the process. Spoke with Carrie over the phone and verified what needed to be done. Two weeks later realized she added a whole new line to my account, instead of combing the two lines together. Spoke with Carrie and she admitted she made a mistake. Said to call her back when the bill comes out so she can fix the charges. Called her the same day I received bill, she took the my information and said she would call back. Never received a call, called the store twice and she was not there. went in to upgrade my phone wanted to talk to someone who was knowledgeable about i phone 13 line. staff was too bothered to talk to us about the features and i stood sat behind the back desk and pointed to the display. a few minutes later and an asain family came in and the staff jumped to attention answering their questions leading them to the iphone display and pushing my daughter and me out of the way. DO NOT goto this store if you want service and want to be treated with respect. read more

I usually have such problems with at&t stores, so I was really disappointed when I went to apple and they said they couldn't work with at&t business accounts as of the first of the year and that I would have to find an at&t store to help me. So SUPER reluctantly I had found this place, But the second I walked in the lady who I think was the manager? Not sure but she was super sweet , asked me what I needed help with and wanted to do right away. I was upgrading my iPhone 6s to the 7+ and really only wanted the new jet black color they have. I bought a new line and went there to migrate my old number to new number. The guy there took all the details and said that he cannot do anything and I need to call customer service. Next day I called customer service and they asked me to go directly to store as I need to submit my ID proof. I went to a different store and they helped me. The staff at this store are unwilling to help out. I would never go back there. read more

Wow!! My family, another gal, and a third set of people all walk in to this store. Does anyone say hello, NO! Do employees turn to look at us, YES! Basic customer service starts with a greeting of some sort. Pretty sure one employee walked out while we were all just standing here. Are we really at the mercy of our phones so desperately? Although the customer reps were nice. The young girl in there informed me I got 200$ worth of free stuff for turning in my iPhone. I said what's the gimmick. She said nothing. I go back, because by the time I left she called me about this 200$ free stuff. I was reluctant to get anything cuz we all know most things in life aren't free and I pick stuff out thinking it's my birthday. Only to get my rebate which by the way took over 4 months to receive and they took 200 of my rebate off. If she would have told me it was going to be taken off I wouldn't have gotten all that stupid over priced stuff. It's ridiculous. I feel I got tricked into something that wasn't what was stated. I've been going to this store as long as I can remember, maybe 20+ years, maybe 20+ times. Each time except once I was treated reasonably promptly (sometimes they were busier than others) and very professionally. The one time I wasn't I must admit I wasn't dressed nicely and my grooming was unkempt as I had been working in the yard. I had to pee real bad and skipped the formalities and asked where the bathroom was. They made me feel a little like a vagrant. LOL! read more

They either could not get on the wait list because the manager with sign up tablet was in the back or they got tired of waiting for their turn. Do NOT buy AT&T. I tried to return 2 unopened Morphies 17 days after purchase & they would not take back saying it was 3 days past their return policy. What's up with that? The rest of America is on 30 day returns. This 14 day policy for accessories is NOT printed on the receipt, nor did salesman mention this at time of purchase. I had previously cancelled my service as it was worse than Sprint for coverage in south Denver, apparently that mattered for returns. read more

We were flat out lied to, purposefully misled and just plain given false information not only by Cari on the sales staff (who only seems to care about making a sale and not who she hurts in the process) but Rick the manager is equally to blame for the above problems and did not even care to apologize. In fact we were basically called liars. I do not blame AT&T because Bryan at the Cornerstar sopping center location was amazing and helped to resolve some of the issues the Park Meadows store created. If you must use AT&T go to see Bryan at Cornerstone. read more
