This is a very busy place, with steady customer traffic, appointments, and walk-ins. I had an appointment, fortunately, but still had a 90-minute window to get my phone battery replaced, and due to other customers' needs, I ended up being delayed by another hour. I was in a bind for a project, so I didn't mind the wait. The staff were friendly and kept me updated on the wait and delays as I hung out in the lobby for the extra hour. Since I had coverage through my cell phone carrier and was able to file a claim, I did not need to pay for a new battery. I was happy with the work done and will use uBreakiFix by Asurion again. Place is a scam. Paid $350 Nov 30, 2025 to replace a screen on an S24 Ultra. Out of nowhere on March 1, 2026 while sending a text the screen just went black and started showing green lines only. Took it to store and they looked at it and said the small "scractch" they see on bottom of screen makes them not liabale for anything and i would need to pay another $350 to replace screen. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place. They'll waste your time, worsen your problems, and then shrug it off like it's no big deal. I took my PS5 to uBreakiFixIt because it was shutting off after two hours of use. I specifically asked for a proper diagnosis and cleaning. They claimed they "cleaned" it, but when I got it back, the problem was even worse--it started shutting off after just 30 minutes. When I brought it back and explained the issue, they dismissed it entirely and told me there was "nothing wrong" with the console. This was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. I brought my Ipad in for a battery replacement, and they told me 2-3 days, because they were very busy. To my surprise and delight, it was done by the next morning! Said they could get a more expensive one that would work, but with the cost for replacement I'd be better off buying a replacement Watch. They refunded my deposit. Honest. Customer beware! The team at this store destroyed my Iphone and said tough luck. I dropped off my IPhone to get a new battery. There was nothing wrong with it except a short battery life. They said a battery replacement was no problem. They called me a few hours later and told me my phone was broken and a total loss. I informed them It was fine when I dropped it off. The technician on the phone said no, it was already broken when I dropped it off. This was a total lie. I talked to the manager, who said it WAS the technicians fault, and they would replace the phone with another used iPhone. He suggested that I still pay $90 for a new battery in the replacement phone. I told him not to replace the battery or do any work on the phone. He agreed. Nine days later, they called and said my replacement phone was in. I went in to pick it up, and they said I owed them $90. They will not give me the replacement phone without the ransom money. They destroyed my fully functioning IPhone and will not make it right. Consider yourself warned! read more

After getting my iPhone screen repaired, the Face ID no longer works. They told me that the only solution would be to get a new phone. Why wasn't I informed in the first place that the Face ID wouldn't work afterwards? The guy acted like it is a well known fact that Face ID stops working after a screen repair, which I doubt is actually true. That would have been something to keep in mind when I was deciding if I'd rather get my phone repaired or buy a new one. And then he asked me if I have insurance on my phone.
