Staff has no clue what customer service is. They were argumentative and unhelpful. I will never step foot in this location again.

Be prepared to wait and wait and wait at this location and then an employee might come up and ask your name to be put on the waiting list, then it's time to wait again. When my name was finally called, they said they couldn't help me and that I would have to call customer service. That's like taking your call to the dealership for service and they say, we can't work on your car, you need to take it back to the factory. read more

this place sucks butt. the staff is u friendly and rude. they are so ridiculously slow on service. they don't know time management AT ALL. terrible staff. and who knows what the 5 other ppl in the back are doing. not helping us ofc. took almost an hour, to get a dang screen protector. Mismanaged store run by time blind idiots.... Minimum 1-1.5hr wait at any given time, the queue isn't relevant (someone who came in much later might get served before you), super understaffed and lacking proper order/structure and management. The store is located in as great place. We've been here a few times and no complaints to get service . The low score is due to my other half wanting the Samsung watch. So why not make the leap and get it? I mean we just bought two new phones maybe a week before. Sure, he's not tech savvy but I can get around on most new tech things and after a brief sales pitch, sold. Wired though that the promo was buy one the second was 50% off but they only had one so I had to buy there and drive to the next store across the way to get the other . Yes, I know it's new and had just been out when we purchased it but it didn't work as promised. Oh yeah, we went back and forth with tech support, getting the app updates,etc and to the store. The last time, Paul worked with tech support and was directed to ask us to go to Best Buy and get answers. Too many calls for help, a few trips back to get assistance and we finally gave up on it and returned the watches. Sure, it was a new product to them and us but support or lack of was terrible from T mobile. We've been with the company 9 years and no issues. This time I was hugely disappointed. The staff, while always helpful, was not trained in answering the questions I had and tech support wasn't really all that helpful. I had already done the same troubleshooting before calling and did my research also on my issues. I suppose with new tech, just wait a bit with these watches? Very poor service!! I went in today and I needed an upgrade and that I am an authorized user on my moms account. They gave me a hard time and said I was not. When I told them the T-mobile in the aurora mall I had no problem can he explain??? He said um yeah I don't know... Nobody in the store was helpful not even the manager. There was a huge screw up about me still owing the phone which I don't... the t-mobile in aurora was way better as far as customer service goes they even called sprint to fix the problem and here they just said there was nothing they can do. This location is REALLY BAD. I had to make 3 trips back to this store after my most recent purchase because the employees couldn't correctly diagnose the issue I was having with my NEW Blackberry. It wasn't allowing calls from certain numbers, it would ring but not allow you to answer it. I can't believe these a-holes sent me away with their fixes so many times without getting to the root of the problem. Recommend going to the Southlands location over this one. They were the ones that actually helped me resolve my issues! It ended up being software problems. read more

Bought my phones here when I started my Tmobile account since ATT wasn't willing to put to an unlimited plan without cable. I was promised that the local store could replace clear shield for my iPhone and year later when I needed to replace my shield I was turned back to manufacturer. I knew it was fishy from the getcko but I knew their sales was lying to gain sales on accessories. read more

I have had an a few unfortunate experiences here that has cost me $450 due to a lack of training by their associates. This was followed up by a egotistical (former) store manager, Miles, that all but insisted he nor his crew could do any wrong. He could not understand why I was upset about being hit by $450 and would not fully listen to my issue. After a awhile he promised to help. After several attempts he would not reach back out to me. Even though that store manager is gone (now at a Colorado Springs location, watch out down there) the new store manager, while nice, was unable to help or fix any of the situations I had without charging me even more money. Additionally as I was going to buy a new phone (to address the first piece of misinformation I was given at this store) they started down a path of mis leading statements from an undertrained associate (nice girl). I will admit, I was very upset and I was not polite, but hey they have cost me a lot of money and grief and they were clearly not informing me as a customer properly AGAIN. I am very proud that I have made the move back to AT&T and their store at Park Meadows was able, willing and wanted to help me out of the mess TMobile created. read more

Let me start off by saying what an amazing job Devin the wireless consultant and Paul the manager did. I use to be a store manager for a competitor for 8 years and decided to make the switch as I knew that T-mobile had improved a lot over the years. I also could not give up the heavily discounted military plan which was even cheaper than my EMPLOYEE account I had working at another cell company. From the start Devin was very professional and knew the answer to every question I had asked. Which, was a lot because I knew more than the typical customer on what kind of questions to ask. We did the Carrier Freedom promo and she helped each step of the way. T-mobile was on top of it also. Example, two of the buy outs were not approved but I was called within 5 mins to get it corrected. Coming from my old employer this would not have happened. Paul the manager followed thru with every promise that was made to me and made sure to make things smooth for us coming over. I had visited 2 other T-mobile stores before this and settled with this one because it was the first one that the manager and employee could answer all my questions with out pitching the wrong thing or blowing smoke.I have now had service for over a week and would like to report that the service is the same if not better than my old company especially in castle rock where my old company has had a lot of problems lately. Thank you Paul and Devin for the experience I will definitely be spreading the word on the Carrier Freedom and especially the customer service this store has to offer.
