I was in a bind for a project, so I didn't mind the wait. The staff were friendly and kept me updated on the wait and delays as I hung out in the lobby for the extra hour. No one is there at 1:30p in the afternoon on a weekday; no sign, nothing. I waited for about 20 minutes and still no one showed up, so I returned home. As a remedy for this I asked for my Xbox to be delivered to my house to save me the return trip. They said there was no problem; just call the store and give them your credit card number to pay for the repair and they will ship it out.
