I was in a bind for a project, so I didn't mind the wait. The staff were friendly and kept me updated on the wait and delays as I hung out in the lobby for the extra hour. Since I had coverage through my cell phone carrier and was able to file a claim, I did not need to pay for a new battery. I was happy with the work done and will use uBreakiFix by Asurion again. The WiFi connections aren't working, every WiFi I connect to pops up with "Insecure Connections", INCLUDING MY HOME INTERNET, and my Data is popping up with a (!), its all of a sudden not letting me have any secure connection, I cant use google, by bank app, my workplace app, or even discord. Using texting and calling still works, and certain unimportant games work just fine.
