Although, it was rainy and cool, I had a wonderful experience on the day that I visited. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful even though the store was full of patrons. One staffer stood outside the front door to control the number of people who entered the store. Inside, other staffers answered questions and helped the customers navigate all the great deals and displays in the store. One staffer told me that they regularly have a 40 - 50% off sale that runs continuously. In addition, they were having an "end-of-the-season" sale for last season's items. This MASSIVE discount sale is 70% off of the retail price, then an additional 20% off of that price. Well...after hearing that, I had to go a little crazy with my selections. I bought a few Mother's Day gifts and a couple things for myself. So, I bought 5 medium-sized bags and one eyeglass case for less than $85.00. Of course, the "massive" sale will continue until last season's merchandise is gone I still cannot get over the feeling that I was a supreme shopper on this day. I think that's what outlet shopping is all about....that feeling that you bought something that you either wanted or needed at an excellent discount. It just makes you feel good. Overall, I think that anyone who likes Vera Bradley merchandise can really find a nice deal at this store, especially with the regular 40% - 50% off prices.

My items were inspected, cleaned and placed back into their boxes within 10 min give or take. This will be my go to store for future purchases. I did find my review from when I purchased, so I'm adding that as well. Nelly and Sarah are absolute gems. They let me look around without pressure and answered my many questions without any hesitation. I ended up getting two pairs of earrings from different parts of the store and they moved with me until I was happy with the way the earrings looked together. Nelly and Sarah suggested the protection plan and explained everything that it would cover. So I did include that in my purchase. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

A lot of people come here for down jewelry and things like engagement or wedding rings. I've purchased my wife some jewelry here over the the 20 plus years we've been together. Always pricey and probably overpriced but they do offer some good warranties on fine jewelry and nice options. Most recently my wife band on her wedding ring broke a small piece off and they are currently repairing it. Cost like $92 for the repair so not too bad at all. In the past they have met my purchase and repairs need. Overall nice jewelry shop that has always been there if I know I need to find some nice jewelry.
