On our way back from our vacation in New Mexico my husbands phone literally died. Because we live in the Houston "area" & still had a long way to travel we needed to go ahead & pick up a phone quick. We started searching for a store with later hours & happened upon this one. Entering the store we were greeted by Shaquil. We told him the situation, what we were looking for & that we were in a hurry (we were meeting meeting friends for dinner). He told us no problem. He also told us that he was relatively new & would gladly seek assistance to expedite our purchase. He went & got the phone my husband wanted & then sought out the help of Trey. These 2 young men worked effortlessly together to make our purchase quick & painless. They were both a joy to work with. If you are in the Lubbock area seek either of these young men out if you are looking to purchase any new phones or devices. You will not be disappointed. read more

Worst customer service. If you're not buying something THAT DAY, they won't help you at all. These people are numbers hunting sales machines and all they want is your money. Helping customers? Worst service in Lubbock. I switched from T-Mobile to att and have worse service with a higher bill. There's no 5g in Lubbock or anywhere near west Texas so don't believe the reps. Go with Verizon maybe idk. All I know is I regret getting into a contract with this place. read more

I visited this AT&T location yesterday with my fiance'. Needless to say, we had a complicated order! Colten helped us and we were in-and-out in an hour! This was including removing me from my current plan, adding me to his plan, getting a new phone and throwing in an iPad for $.99! I have been having issues with AT&T for 3 months. I could not get anybody to bury their cable in my back yard and when they did finally send somebody out, the guys cut a ditch in my back yard that looked like a 3rd grader did it. Left their trash, didn't complete the job and never came back. No idea what happened to them. Again, AT&T would not do anything. I found Kyle Neal working at this location and he resolved my issues within 12 hours. He is very sincere and empathizes with people. I would suggest him for anything you might need. We went in today to add a couple of lines to our account and get a couple of accessories. When we arrived there was a 20 minute wait. We put our name in and ran and grabbed a quick bite to eat nearby. When we returned, we were #1 on the list. Roger came directly up to my husband and started helping us. They didn't have the exact phone my husband wanted so Roger personally ran to another store to get the exact phone that my husband wanted. He helped us for over an hour to get everything we needed and was super patient. I highly recommend coming here, the service was top notch! read more

She refused to wave a restocking fee on items that were given to me for "free" when I bought my Note 7 that was then recalled... My favorite ATT store in the city always upkept and as soon as I walk in am always treated respectfully never have to wait a long time to be seen the most I've waited is 15 minutes without an appointment. When I arrived I was told to walk around to the side door, not sure why I couldn't walk into the door that was right in front of me. I went into this store looking to upgrade my iphone and start a new line. I had a very unpleasant and degrading experience with the sales associate, Jimmy. He made me feel like an idiot multiple times in the 30 minutes I was with him. He wasn't helpful figuring out the prices of what anything would cost. When I stated that I would buy a phone case somewhere else he said "oh no you're not" and proceeded to push me into buying a case. He later suggested that I should just get a flip phone because I didn't know the answer to one of his questions. He also complained about the time that it took my iphone to backup to iCloud saying that it was "horrible for HIM". We have always been with at&t and now I am starting to wonder if it is worth the humiliation and hassle. Needless to say, I chose not to upgrade today due to the unprofessionalism and left. Although I am not a technology expert, I do know enough to leave this review. read more

I had to wait an hour which was understanding because of COVID-19 but then Jimmy came to my car and was rude when I asked to do a nurses discount (that they were promoting)...as we were walking in the door he started to complain about the time since he was supposed to be of 45 min prior to that. He started to set my new phone up and started by getting my facial configuration to set up a passcode and then asked for my passcode and started talking down to me bc I haven't ever used one and I was trying to figure out what he meant. Then he got upset at me and rudely said "then we will just start all over". Then he again in Spanish told another Spanish speaking girl about how much he should've been off at 630 (which is very disrespectful to change languages only to assume that I didn't understand it). He wrapped up the set up and left me sitting at the table to make sure it all went through and when he came out from the back and saw me sitting there he came to me and said that I didn't have to sit there that whole time. He also refused to take the old phone when we were told they could send the old phones back and I had all the packaging with me. He stated he would put it in the bed of his truck and forget about it.. So I left and made it all the way to 82nd and Milwaukee to find out he never activated my SIM card so I had to go back and set that up but luckily it was with Alisha and she was super sweet to me! read more
