Primero, pongo la cuenta en suspensión y me dicen que solo pagaré $10 mensuales. Todo bien... hasta que en febrero me llega una factura absurda de $296. Voy personalmente a una sucursal, pago TODO lo que me dicen y me aseguran claramente que la cuenta queda cerrada y que no debo nada más. Perfecto, ¿no? Pues no. Dos meses después, marzo y ahora abril, me llega otra factura de más de $320 dólares. ¿Por qué? Nadie sabe. Nadie responde. Nadie resuelve. Voy a otra sucursal buscando solución, y la respuesta fue aún peor: me dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada, que ese era "mi problema", y prácticamente nos trataron como si estuviéramos molestando. Incluso nos dijeron que no regresáramos o nos iban a sacar. Todo esto mientras yo estaba recién operada. Esto no es solo mal servicio, es abuso al cliente. Cobros injustificados, información contradictoria y empleados que no tienen ni la mínima intención de ayudarte. T-Mobile: su sistema está roto y su atención al cliente es una vergüenza. I've been trying to close an account for FIVE months, and all I've received is disorganization, lies, and a complete lack of respect for customers. First, I put the account on suspension and was told I would only be charged $10 per month. Everything seemed fine... until February, when I received an outrageous $296 bill. I went in person to a store, paid EVERYTHING they told me to, and was clearly assured that my account was fully closed and that I didn't owe anything else. Sounds good, right? Well, no. Two months later--March and now April--I get another bill for over $320. Why? No one knows. No one responds. No one fixes anything. I went to another store looking for a solution, and it was even worse. They told me they couldn't do anything, that it was "my problem," and treated us like we were a nuisance. They even told us not to come back or they would have to remove us from the premises. All of this while I was recovering from surgery. This isn't just bad service--it's customer abuse. Unjustified charges, contradictory information, and employees who have zero intention of helping. T-Mobile: your system is broken, and your customer service is a disgrace.

Very happy with the service we received from Chris K. Came into switching my line to my SO's…read moreaccount from another competitor to Verizon. He was very knowledgeable about everything. He added me to a new account with a new phone & also told my SO about his deal he had being a loyal customer. Verizon was able to buy back his old phone and upgrade him as well. While the process was tedious, Chris K was extremely polite and courteous from start to finish. He stayed 3 1/2 hrs after close to get everything squared away for us! He's new to the cellphone sales but was so friendly and calm as he went through the process with us. Thank you Chris + team for taking the time and making the whole process bearable. Buyer Beware!!!!! I…read morerecently purchased a new phone with this Cellular Sales location. When I got my bill, I noticed I was charged two $35 activation fees. One at Cellular Sales and one at Verizon. When I called Verizon, they said I only should have been charged the $35 with Verizon. Verizon was great and immediately credited my account back the $35. Recently, my phone started intermittently flashing. I took my phone to this location to replace since I was still in my 30 day warranty period. I was told by the associate who sold me the phone that Cellular Sales couldn't replace my phone. I would have to call Verizon to order a new phone or go to a store called uBreakIFix. The associate at Cellular Sales thought it was a screen problem and said uBreakIfix can fix my screen for free. I drove over to uBreakIFix only to be told by the associate they don't fix screen issues with new phones......... After getting home, VERY frustrated wasting half of my Saturday and still not having a fixed phone or new phone, I noticed that 90 percent of my photos were missing from my gallery. Not sure if it Cellular Sales or uBreakIFix that somehow deleted my photos but all my photos were there earlier in the day. Luckily, I backup but I've had to spend most of my Sunday today, downloading and transferring back to my gallery.......... Lesson learned. Moving forward I'll only go to corporate Verizon locations......

I will never patronize again. This is a franchise store, not a Verizon store, and I did not know…read morethat. If you aren't buying a phone or giving them money, they won't give you the time of day. They do not service accounts or solve problems, they just give you the run around. Tell me that straight out, don't just make me go in circles. I needed help with my Verizon account and switching phones, so I was told to go online and do it myself or have a large "service" fee imposed. I have since switched carriers to never go back. Sales is about being a customer resource, not only getting a commission off of the customer. If you aren't willing to help people out, you should seriously reconsider a job in customer service.

I left a message and still no return call. They kept my phone and I received no discount at all. The office space is filthy, no one cleans it and the bathroom was beyond useable. The owner should be ashamed because you are ultimately responsible and you obviously don't care about customer satisfaction or care.
