He is nice and friendly but my phone is now a mess. I was told it just needed a screen fix. Now my phone is uncontrollable at times. Apps open, close, and scroll without any input from me. Yesterday, settings opened by itself and scrolled to the page which has multi-control. Multi-control was already enabled. For those that don't know multi-control allows someone to remote control your device from another phone, computer, etc. Not cool. I disabled it. I was told diagnostic would be done before any repairs. My phone won't last a work shift without draining the battery completely. I used my phone twice last night. Once to turn it on to send a text but never got a chance to type it and, the other was to have someone ring my phone. That's it. I leave work and my phone was at 27%. My phone was at 94% when I left home. How did they run diagnostics and not notice this ridiculous battery drain? It wasn't like this before. I will be buying another phone from my carrier because this one is going in the trash or getting traded in for another one. read more

Pressure cracked my iPhone, my normal repair store was closed, so I came here terrible experience. They didn't fix the issue. I worked a busy schedule the following week 4 days passed before I could go back to figure out the issue. I will start off by saying I never write reviews, this is my first in fact. However, I felt compelled to for this place. What a find!! I actually heard about them on Facebooks Marketplace and am so glad I gave them a try. Since then, I have been able to cancel the extra added protection coverage on my phones, all 4 of them saving me $54 a month. I only ever used the coverage when I would break the screen and still had to pay a $150-$200 deductible on top of what I was as paying monthly. This store provides screen repairs: incredibly fast, no appointment, and the touch screen continues to work perfectly. I've taken several of our phones there now. The cost to replace my iPhone 6plus screen was only $45 and they generously included a glass protection cover. If you are in the market for a new case, they also have a good selection of phone cases for $10, chargers, microphone attachments, headphones etc at decent prices. The staff is friendly and willing to help you with any questions. Overall, great store that cares about their customers. read more
