I'm giving this review 2 stars because my issue was eventually resolved…read more I had a tiny crack on my IPhone 6...I received a discount coupon in our local flyer for Gadget MD so decided to support our loca community and try them out. I called and asked what the cost would be to repair my phone and how long would it take. I was quoted $109 and "it would only take a few minutes to do". I went to the store and waited apx 30 mins to get the screen repaired and a new glass screen protector applied. Ok, I was pleased and could deal with that. I leave, power up my cell phone and now I noticed a large black shadowed line now running the entire length of my screen. Wait, what, this was NOT there before!!!! I head back up to the store and the kid tells me he must of done that when applying the new screen. Wow, ok. I'm then told they are out of the IPhone 6 screens and I would have to come back. Two days later I go back up to the store and I then leave the phone with the kid (same kid) for apx 1 hour. I come back to pick up the phone and then the phone would not function properly with touch screen features. Whaaatttt??? NOW there's a function issue??? I leave the phone with him yet again and come back in another 30 minutes. I FINALLY pick up my phone and all seems ok with my phone. My low rating is based on the unprofessionalism in getting this semi-simple service done along with the inconvenience to me. This didn't take "a few minutes to do"....FYI

Went back and solution was to keep restarting the iphone to reset it. Afterwards noticed horizontal lines blinking across, no reset for thsi issue possible. No matter what, the screen clarity, colors doesn't come close to original Apple. Was told that could pay additional fee ($325 initial + $250) to get the better quality screen. Apparently there are different quality screens that can be offered. Refused to keep throwing good money after bad and interesting enough, the Apple store had original screen for $325. Guess it is end of season for last year model and dropped price for screens to get rid of them Lesson of the day: check prices and gain clear understanding with questions what are you getting into. Vendor will not offer without prompting the story about "various quality levels" for screens available or that you may get stuck with lines or screen colors/clarity is not what you are used to.

Franklin helped me upgrade my I Phone then went above and beyond by finding more discounts for my plan. He also helped me get my new phone set up and attached the new screen protector. After 3-4 WEEKS of going back and forth with these people (and I was the one having to call for updates multiple times because they never called like they said they would), they finally deemed my switch unfixable. When I came in to pick up my switch, I initially thought they gave me someone else's switch back because the attached joycons were clearly not mine. These were scratched up, dented, and completely different colors than the ones I dropped off. I relayed this to the guy and he went in the backroom to look for my joycons. He came back up front and said he would have to talk to the manager and have him follow up with me, because he couldn't find my joycons in the store. About 4 days went by without a call so I had to follow up again and was told by an employee that the manager said there was nothing they could do about losing my joycons and that they would not replace them either, especially because my switch was deemed unfixable anyway...? So because they couldn't fix my switch, they felt it was appropriate to "lose" and then refuse to replace my joycons? Honestly at this point I'm questioning if they even gave me my switch console back. I've never had such an unprofessional experience like this. Stay the hell away from this place if you value your belongings.
