Went in thinking I had to get a new iphone because i stupidly dropped mine into the sink full of water and it died. Lesly is amazing and has great customer service! She looked up my account and gave me 2 options that were quite expensive for replacement but insisted that I try to first make a claim with Asurion/ATT. It worked - had totally forgotten that i paid for the warranty. Asurion will be delivering my new iphone tomorrow (bc today is Sunday) and i only had to pay the deductible! Lesly to the rescue! I just spent over 1.5 hours getting a issue with my watch fixed. My consultant was GREAT!!!! The consultant sitting next to me was trying to help an elderly DEAF woman who read lips. The consultant WOULD NOT take off his mask for her to understand him. He also would not allow her "helper" to take off her mask so the deaf woman could communicate. She was disabled and HE OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE--- and kept requiring the mask. I cannot believe AT&T treats disabled customers this way. It was cruel to watch the way he treated this customer. read more

This store is awful. One guy added insurance to all four of my phones, even though I declined it, multiple times, he kept trying to push it and I guess just figured he'd do it anyway! Probably got some kind of bonus off it. The other reps in there don't know anything, can't answer your questions so no use stopping here unless you're just picking up an accessory...even then it will take 30 mins because they're slow, you have to wait for them to finish with the people ahead of you and then they're not any faster with a simple sales transaction either. I'll start driving 20 mins to the other store in Magnolia, it will save me time and I'll get better service. read more

They were ridiculous! I had to sit/ stay in my blue box made out of tape the floor to social distance. The sales guy stood like 8 feet away from me on the other side of fiber glass. I did not have a mask and he asked that I go get one. Interestingly enough if they were so concerned, there was not disinfecting of the chairs within the blue box between customers? Or the iPads, the phones,... Trying to sit/ stand 8 feet away from someone trying to understand the numbers and rates is stupid. Basically trying to sell me something with no visual aide. Not sure how many times I heard "I just sell new phones" while was there from the associates. Several people with questions came in while I was there and I kept hearing "I can't help you, I just sell phones." Overall completely unhelpful and a bunch of idiots. I was so annoyed. read more

When NO ONE at AT&T tech support could help us set up our account for home internet when we called them, they literally gave up and suggested we stop by a local AT&T store. We certainly had our doubts, but went to the closest store nonetheless. We were greeted promptly and a young man named Jacob proceeded to accomplish in minutes what tech support on the phone could not do in over an hour. He was pleasant and efficient, but most of all COMPETENT. We were done in no time and now everything works just fine. Good job! read more

They ask you , "You want to change your plan?" you say "No, I Just want to buy a phone, Do not change my plan." GUESS WHAT? They changed my plan to business not personal. Like I had it, unbelievable, I guess being honest isn't a thing anymore. Good thing I checked when I got home. I just wanted upper management to know they displayed great teamwork and a positive synergism not only with eachother but the rest of the staff as well. They were positive and proactive. I went to this Magnolia AT&T store to have an authorized screen protector put on. I was met at the door by an older lady, Joyce. She said she wasn't perfect at putting on protectors. That should have been a clue because she couldn't even open the box to get the screen protector. I hung in though so I wouldn't be rude or inconsiderate. She took about 15 mins and the end result was really really bad. A bunch of bubbles and a piece of trash or dirt under the protector. Very distracting and unacceptable. I ask what AT&T could do and she said nothing. She even suggested I put my old cracked screen back on when I said the old cracked screen was better. AT&T could have even offered to compensate me so I could get a new one....no, nothing was offered and I was left with the impression that I was just going to have to deal with it. Not to be rude, but there are too many other AT&T stores that are much much better that you can go to. read more

They only deal with people who bend to their mask demands. HELLO!!! It's no longer mandated! It's not law! It's not healthy to wear! I have a broken hand in a brace and sling and my daughter has an exemption and they wanted to segregate us to outside. This equals loss of business. Because of AT&T's self-inflicted mandates that violates the health of their customers AND their rights, I will be changing services. read more

I've been with AT&T for several years. I switched from Apple to Samsung a couple of years ago and have had nothing but issues with the phones and watches they sold me. As far as getting help from the in store and online employees on the trash they sold me, I've been told on multiple occasions that they just sell the products they cannot help with any of the issues. Leave it to a big Corp company to not care about the customers and only the bottom line. Thanks to Verizon for taking the time to help me even though the equipment is theirs. Both times I've been there, although the store is crowded, they only have 2 employees working. The first time, the employee was nice, the second time, she was fairly rude and unhelpful, so I guess it's just the luck of the draw. Went here today to get a charger for my phone. When I walked in no one greeted me as both employees were busy with customers. I did not mind and decided to try and find it myself. When I couldn't find the charger I was looking for I asked the sales associate who rudely said she was with a customer and would be with me in a minute. After a few minutes I decided to leave as no one approached me to help me. I ended up going to radio shack where I recieved excellent service. read more

Honestly this places deserves 0 stars. Awful customer service, I have been a user of AT&T for over 20 + years. Never have I ever had a complaint until now. Went in with a I phone 7 plus, cracked screen and the tough screen didn't work anymore. Asked the sales rep. Told him what was happening with my phone and made it clear I wanted to make sure I can transfer everything over since I have stuff back from 2015. He said that's no problem. (He never asked about my iCloud yet.) Asked what phone I was thinking about getting. I asked for I phone 8 plus. My mistake starts here. I paid for the phone cause he stated I have to do that now before we can transfer. Luis the sales rep helping me. Takes out the new phone and starts setting it up. Ask me to put in my iCloud info. Turns out I didn't have anything back up since 2016. I asked him is there a way he can back it up. He said no. I would have to take my old phone go get the screen fixed and then I could come back and he can switch it over. I said well if that's the case I do not need a new phone. He then said well since now it's a return it's a $45 charge restocking fee. (Return after only just bought the phone 15 mins ago) None of this made since and I asked why didn't we figure out if it was backed up before this. He then got really upset cause I was questioning him. I called my mother who is the main contract holder to see what we should do. Luis then was angrier. He stated we were just trying to make him wrong when we were just asking for him to be more clear why the $45 charge fee and why couldn't he see if it was backed up before the purchase. When we asked for him to show us that he couldn't back it up, he stated "Why would I do that when I already know the outcome, since your screen touch sensor doesn't work. I know it won't work." We then questioned why wasn't this all said before you even started setting up. We asked for a manager and this is when his body language as a sales rep was awful. He began to role his eyes, push his head backwards and laugh. He shoved his card (managers) in my bag handed me the bag and said he will be in Monday and you can call, goodbye and walked off. AT&T on 1488 has lost my trust, I advise using another location. read more

Omg so I needed to pay my wifi and I was having an issue and Luis sat with me and even connected my phone to WiFi so that I could make the payment without using the chip!! He was amazingly patient and so nice even though a line was forming at the door!! Thanks Luis you rock and now my daughter won't die because wifi is her life you know!!! read more

I have been having the worst luck with AT&T I have Dade DHL Internet and so 11 days ago on Monday they were redoing my road and they ripped up the wire I called AT&T and told him that my wire got ripped up I need somebody out here to re-bury a liar and couldn't connect my Internet from my home this time of the call until Thursday that's the car I will send them out Thursday Kay guy shows up he is the tech for only the inside of the house he doesn't do anything outside so he had to put a ticket in through Centerpoint because they're the ones to bury the wire so we put a ticket into Centerpoint and said they'll be out Friday this is the Friday before Memorial day weekend subway no one shows up Friday Saturday Sunday Monday here comes Tuesday I call hey why am Internet fixed oh I don't know there's the ticket out on it but yeah we don't know yet so no one can answer the question AT&T while my stuff still isn't fixed it shows June 1 and their system well my next-door neighbor neighbor which is my cousin he call Wednesday which is two days after me to let them know he doesn't have Internet his ticket for his line to get buried is June 2 so well yesterday Yesterday a crew showed up from Centerpoint to bury wire where they start digging in my yard so I'm thinking they're going to be doing mine no they jump straight across my yard to his yard to fix his Internet lead line not done yet yet again he called two days after me to get his Internet fixed his ticket for Centerpoint to come out is until June 2 mine is June 1 I call AT&T I'm livid I'm so upset that his respects the mine still isn't back is it 10 days now without Internet let it keep saying I'm sorry I'm sorry I was I will get you call Centerpoint you know this is their mistake no I'm sorry I'm so here it is May 31 I still have no Internet no one seems to be helping me through AT&T and all they have to do is just say I'm sorry so I just wanted to put this out there to let people know that you know they say their customer service you know that take care of their customers there's that no hurricane so 10 days with no Internet hopefully they do the right thing give me a mother to free Internet credit me the days I don't have it I don't know I'll be back on yelp to let y'all know thank you read more
